I've just ordered some Nicorette Chewing gum for the long haul flight we are about to do. I explained to the doctors I wanted something to help with the cravings for a 10 hr -ish flight and they prescribed the 2mg mint flavored Nicorette Chewing gum no problem. All in all we find our own ways of dealing with the cravings but staying stinky free is the ultimate goal, which ever way go decide 'good luck'. Vaping has helped me and I too was put on record as a none smoker when we described vaping. So it seems to vary from one GP to another. Keep trying all the best Beatnik. |

After a long discussion myself and Mrs Beatnik have decided to have a do at mixing. Around August-ish when we get back from Florida, so no rush! I'm looking for a list of equipment we'll need - with links....and prices. and a list of liquids we'll need to mix aprox 100ml of Burley tobacco flavor 18mg, and 100ml of menthol 18mg. maybe 200ml of each if possible - again with links....& prices. Reminds me of the old Chinese proverb; man who goes to bed with itchy arse wakes with brown fingers  Try rubbing in washing powder with just a touch of water Romelee, shifts owt. Rubbing into what Beatnik, the itchy a*se or the fingers! ??? I think this forum needs another plugin... somewhere we can post which will run a 'fiddlesproof' scan to ensure there's nothing he can misinterpret!  Ouch clenches butt cheeks |
