For a good RY-4 I use Cloud 9's flavouring. As for the others you've mentioned I can't really suggest anything as I only vape 3 tobacco's myself now which are :
the above mentioned RY-4,
F'art Ultimate Maxbro from Liberty Flights
and a tobacco recipe of my own called 666 which is mixed using Statex tobacco flavouring from Totally Wicked's Decadent Vapours range of concentrates and Peanut Butter from Cloud 9.
The best Caramel flavouring I've found is F'art Caramel

No trouble at all mate, glad to help.
They are not flavourings their just samples of pre-made juices she sells and don't have nic in them.
So really I would suggest you purchase the items I listed and we can get you started. If you let me know what kind of flavours, other than tobacco, you like I could make possible recommendations.

Just been on the Cloud 9 site and can't see any flavour pack listed so I hav'nt a clue as to what you mean.

If you want a good basic mixing kit to start you off then I'd advise the following :
30ml bottle of High strength nic juice (PG based 52mg/54mg)
A few 5ml and 10ml droper bottles + 1 X 30ml dropper bottle
A 5ml syringe with blunt needle, or a few pipettes.
200ml Glycerine from Boots (kept near the cough medicines and costs £1.49)
Small bottle of Vodka for thinning you Glycerine (this will last for ages)
And of course your flavourings. I do'nt know what kind of flavours you like, but I can highly recommend RY-4 concentrate from Cloud 9
to start with.
Once you have it all shoot me a PM and I'll explain how to mix it.

If you do set up a mixing board I can always add all of my posts from UKvapers. Not sure if any of you have read them or not but there are quite a few.
Take a look in the Mixology Laboratory on UKV and check out the post entitled "GRIZWALD's GUIDE TO ALL THINGS MIXING" (still waiting for it to be pinned) Here I have linked all of my posts, if you like it then I'll add it to your mixing board when you set it up, that way folks on here can readilly get the information they need.
Of course there will be more added in the near future, so as they say "watch this space".

Since starting vaping my sleep paterns have improved greatly, no more getting up in the night, I tend to sleep right through now.

I'm new to this forum but not to vaping, I've been a vaper for just over a year now and some of you may know me from the UKvapers forum.
I must admit I had'nt heard of this place until it was mentioned on VTTV during a very interesting interview with Perpetua done by Dave the Hi Fi Stud, so just had to come and check you guys out.
Seems like a really friendly place, so a big HI to everyone.
