If you are going to add flavourings to your pre-mixed juices then I would advise caution, just use small ammounts to experiment with to start off or you could end up ruining the whole batch.
If you ever do want to have a go at mixing Drop me a PM and I'll take you through it step by step so you wont get it wrong.

You do'nt mention if your high nic juice is unflavoured or not.
If it is unflavoured then just dilute it with PG or VG to take down the nic strength.
However, as mentioned above if your juice is flavoured then you will indeed weaken the flavour.
When adding flavourings to juices, whether flavoured or unflavoured, it's a good idea to use only a few mls at a time as you do'nt want to ruin the whole batch of juice and end up having to throw it away.
If it is unflavoured juice your using you might want to take a look at my post on mixing in the Mixology section where I cover using flavourings.

I have come accross issues with juices and sore mouth/throat problems, for example if I vape Cinnamon for prolonged periods of time I get an inflamation on the inside of my lips. I love Cinnamon, but unfortunately it does'nt like me.
Then there is a friend of mine that gets a sore throat if he vapes Rum flavoured juices for too long.
In your case it would certainly seem that the juice is'nt at fault so maybe you should allow your atty to cool between vapes as that seems to be the culprit.

Yes it's the same with me Roachie, first thing in the morning and night time. Although there are folk who do'nt vape tobacco juices at all anymore and seem to manage with fruit or other non-tobacco flavoured juices.
Makes me wonder if this is dependent on length of time spent smoking ciggies.

In my experience the ashtray taste tends to occur around week 12 with vapers, give or take a couple of weeks.
As to what causes it, well put plain and simple Tobacco juices, or should I say certain ones.
In my early days mixing my own juices I made my own version of 555 where I used a 50/50 mix of F'arts Burley and Virginia and to this I added a couple of non tobacco flavourings to create the 555 taste.
At first I really enjoyed my new recipe as I do love the peanuty taste of 555 and State Express, which by the way I've been told are virtually the same cigarette, but after about 6 weeks I noticed the dreaded ashtray taste.
As I myself was approaching about my 12th week as a vaper I also notice that a couple of the F'art tobacco's also started to have an ashtray taste, and so I started moving away from vaping tobacco juices.
Now I do'nt know if it's a subconscious thing, or the fact that I was a 46 year ex-heavy smoker, but I still had an urge for tobacco juices at certain times of the day, and the only tobacco juice I had that did'nt give me that ashtray taste was F'art Ultimate Maxbro and so I made do with that for the time being.
Missing the 555 tobacco taste I really love I was overjoyed when TW brought out a range of tobacco concentrates among which was Statex, which I purchased immediately and mixed up, hoping it would'nt have an ashtray aftertaste, and It did'nt.
Now funny thing taste, but as I said I loved State Express and 555, and although the Statex from TW was more or less the same taste, I could'nt help thinking there was something lacking, It needed some presence, even ordering some pre-made State Express from TW gave me the same feeling.
I can only put this down to the fact that I had moved on to mixing non-tobacco juices and perhaps my taste buds were telling me something. So with a little experimentation my 666 recipe was born, which is a 555/State Express but with a bit more peanut added for satisfaction.
AND NO ASHTRAY TASTE
Most people who start vaping search in vain for a juice that emulates ciggies, but never find it, and usually settle for something that's a close approximation. But as time goes by most will experience the dreaded ashtray taste.
I now have 3 tobacco type juices in my juice collection, the afore-mentioned F'art Ultimate Maxbro, my 666 recipe and RY-4 concentrate from Cloud 9. These 3 are not only my favourites, but satisfy my craving for tobacco when the urge takes me, and of course no ashtray aftertaste.

Try adding 1 to 2 drops of F'art Arctic Menthol to per/ml of your juice that should get rid of the ashtray taste for you.
But definitely do'nt do the whole 50ml in case you do'nt like it.

Well it's as I've covered in my posts concerning flavourings, they are not all the same, and so some trial and error is needed till you find what tastes right to you.

I hav'nt tried the PA Cappaccino myself but have come accross others who have had the same problem.
If you want a good Cappaccino taste then you could give Cloud 9's a go, mixed at between 20% to 25% it's not bad at all.

Bet you'd have been really entertaining mate, especially bobbing round your kitchen with knife in one hand and e-cig in the other. LOL

I quite enjoy "Come Dine With ME", I think the narator is a hoot.
Funilly enough I joked the other night with a friend that it would be brilliant in the future if there was a "Come Vape With Me"
I'd put my name up for that LOL.
