Sleeping patterns

Before i started vapeing i would be asleep by midnight at latest but since i started vapeing i cant sleep till around 4am.Im a heavy vaper so is this due to giveing up the analogs or to vapeing alot?

@river lol theres only 12 slices so wont take too long to count.

@aldo lol well tbh mate since vapeing i find it hard to sleep prob cause of the nicotine lol.

For the first month of vaping, I averaged around 3 hours sleep per night and was starting to get a bit worried.

I think it is just the shock to your system of losing all the crap that has been going into it for many years.

It will settle down.

I must admit Roachie i find the same.Ive been vaping heavily for a year now and i hardly sleep.Even when i had to be up for work at 6.a.m i wasnt going to bed until 2.a.m.I think its definately to do with how much nic you intake.Its never got any better for me,in saying that i dont feel that bad at all on 3-4 hours sleep now im not on the fags.

Nicotine is a stimulant, so obviously the higher the strength as well as heavy vaping may well be having an effect on sleeping.

I now vape high strength on a morning & reduce right down to medium or even low strength during the day & evening.

I wish i could do that Hissie.I cant use any lower than 36mg,if i try i lose the throat whack i like and get so very frustrated and angry. Oh well,i will get there eventually.It amazes me how anyone can vape 11mg and the likes now that would hardly give any throat hit at all,just vapour.

Hmm I get the same or very similar throat hit which ever strength I use.

I do mainly vape high & medium strengths tho'.

Wow at constant 36mg vaping, it's a wonder it's not blowing your brain out lol.

I sleep like a baby. In fact I sleep more soundly, since I switched to vaping.

Like Jerry, I've never slept so well since starting vaping, when smoking I'd wake up 3 or 4 times a night to get up and have a ciggie - so I put that down not so much to my nicotine addiction but the additional chemicals in cigs as I don't do that now.

I'm with Aldo . . . forum participation has a lot to answer for.

I to have noticed not sleeping as much not sure if its vaping In BED or that iam addicted to global wars on my iphone and all the sexy girls send me pictures lol oh well what ever it is iam happy !!!

i never noticed any difference really apart from nicotine OD when i first started but my sleeping was and always has been the same even though im a light sleeper.
