Well, we finally get the keys to the new vaping shop tomorrow. It will take us about a week to get it set up ready for our official opening. I'll keep our website updated as to the opening day. The "Prince of Wales" pub, about 50 metres up the road have told us that they are vape friendly so we hope to get some vape meets set up on a regular basis once we are up and running. There is a good size, cheap, pay and display carpark 1 minutes walk from the shop. The 1st half hour is free and it's also free before 10am and after 3pm I think. I'll put a map up on our website soon showing where we are and how to get to the car park.

I can't remember if it's opposite a hairdressers. The shop is currently called "Bespoke Nails",35 Prospect Street. They move a few doors up to a larger shop on the 1st September and we get the keys to the shop on the 5th Sept.. It should take about a week to get it ready for our opening day. I'm really looking forward to getting in there.

We were informed a few minutes ago that our landlord cannot provide us the Oxford Road shop due to unforseen problems. We will now be opening at 35 Prospect Street, Caversham, Reading.
The good news is that we will probably get this shop a couple of weeks earlier, hopefully nearer the beginning of September. It is currently operating as a Nail and Beauty shop so it is really nice inside. There is a really cheap pay and display carpark about 1 minute walk from the shop and there are also a couple of free car parking spaces scattered around but not directly outside the shop.
Not sure yet, but there may also be space for a small vaping lounge at the front of the shop. I'll have to check out the vaping policy at the pub 100 yards up the road.

Thanks for your kind words. We are really looking forward to opening. We have also just found out that the pub opposite us is not only vape friendly but the Lady in charge is also a vaper.

Well, we've done it, the lease on the new vaping shop has been signed. We get the keys on September 5th and it should take about 2 weeks to get our displays and stock in place. So we should be open around 20th September. Hope to see quite a few of you next month if you can make it.
The shop is located at 621 Oxford Road, Reading

Just a quick update for everyone. The shop I was originally going to take fell through but we have now agreed with an agent to take on a shop at 621 Oxford Road, Reading, opposite the Royal Albion pub. It has one parking space directly outside the shop but all of the streets around the shop have parking available so it's pretty easy to drive to. It's also on the main number 17 bus that runs through Reading every few minutes. We should be signing the agreement at 2pm tomorrow and moving in during the first or second week of September.

I will do, thanks. I was all set to go into the agents this morning with my cheque book in hand ready to sign the contract. The agent called me 1 hour before and said that he was sorry but I need to send my business plan into him first so that he can review with the proposed landlord. I done this immediately and he is now going to get back to me, either this afternoon or hopefully by tomorrow with confirmation that I can go in and sign what is needed. Fingers crossed.

Thanks Steve. I'm looking forward to it. It's about time Reading got a dedicated vape shop. I got so fed up trying to find a shop to buy from that I decided to open up my own. Although we currently only stock Hangsen juice, we intend to stock a large selection of juices from a number of premium UK suppliers as we build up our stock.

Hi,
All our juices at the moment are Hangsen and are 70/30 PG/VG. We will be taking on more than one premium UK juice suppliers very soon. I am going down to the agents this morning to sign up for a lease for a new independent and dedicated vaping shop in Reading. All being well, we should be open in 6 to 8weeks.

Well I'm hours away. Tomorrow morning at 10.30am I am signing a lease for a brand new vaping shop in Reading. I'll update this thread once I have signed the contract tomorrow and let everyone know where it is and when I expect it to open (probably by the end of September, following legal paperwork).
The shop will be located immediatley next door to a good size vape friendly pub. Once open, we will arrange an open evening with all the trimmings and the first of many vape meets at the pub, with the shop open at the same time if needed.
Keep an eye on this thread for more news.

Thanks for the suggestion. We currently operate 2 market stalls, one in the centre of reading and one at Blackbushe. We hope to be opening a bricks & mortar shop within about 8 weeks somewhere near the centre of Reading. As soo as we do, we will be greatly expanding our stock and cartomizers are right up there on the list.

We have had a number of urgent requests from our customers over the last few weeks requesting e-liquids as they had completely run out and batteries because theirs had packed in and they had no spares.
As a result, we have decided to offer same day delivery to your address on all of our products at a fixed delivery price of £3. Order before 1pm and we aim to have your order with you by no later than 7pm that same day (if not earlier). Not only are we offering this unrivaled delivery service but we also provide this service 7 days a week (excluding bank holidays). We are beginning this service to the following postcodes only but will be looking to expand the area depending on demand - RG2, RG5, RG6, RG30 and RG41.
Any ideas or suggestions how we can expand this service or how to improve this service please let me know. All constructive suggestions are more than welcome and may well be used.
