To be fair that doesn't mean that some one (big pharma/tobacco) won't develop an 'ecig' that 'is' good enough to meet regulation if and when it comes into force (in fact one there if a clear prescription based buck in it I'll eat my hat if they don't).
The residual argument that this isn't a medical product but an alternative way of consuming an already legal drug is of course not addressed by this in the slightest

You don't need the mini to use on an ego - I think my spinner and twist look quite dandy with the beauty ring and a fullsize pro tank or Davide on them...

Mine don't gurgle either perpetua - in fact neither do the mini or my new big protank.
Luck of the draw or user error lol?

Don't know about the minis but the draw on the full size Davide is definitely a bit tighter than on my new protank. Draw on a mini protank is tighter than a full size one too but not a huge amount in it and as I don't mind the slightly airier draw anyway it hasn't bothered me much.
The minis are great little tanks though and having been impressed by the big Davide I'll be trying a mini at some point I think.

Oh dear - affixing it to a cheap battery may not have been the best idea - it just killed one of my cheap FT VV batteries - tried to pull the cap off and the whole centre post came off it - wires dangling and everything - its definitely dead dave.
Right pliars are a better idea holding the threaded end - that gets the cap off - not risking my precious spinner or itaste with meeting the same fate.
Okay I've put some juice in it and its on one of the ego backups, in case of anymore batterycide - but not getting a lot of vapour - flavour is incredibly strong, incredibly strong in fact but very little vapour happening. This is probably something to so with the airhole right? Its got duel coils out of the box and only one air hole which might be an issue? Trying to get the airhole over one of the coils but this isn't quite what I was expecting - my new protank is pumping out the vapour but without the taste strength. This feels a bit feeble. Its a bit messy too. This is not quite the fill and go experience of a bcc clearomiser now is it?
Feeling a bit sick now from the nicotine I think, better give it a rest for a bit...

I still can't believe I've spent 20 mins trying every way to prise the cap off and then searching the Internet for help before posting here and only then trying to attach it to something. Not sure I dare out any juice in it lol

Oh lord I am so dim, it just needs to be attached to something! Screwed into a battery and it pulled straight off.
I'm not sure I'm safe to be let loose with thing let alone rebuilding it!!! lol

Right exciting vape mail day and my first RBA a five quid Igo L clone from FT
But either mine is faulty or I am being really dim but how do you get the cap off? Vids of the real one seem to show it just pulls off, far too easily in fact. But this seems jammed on...do I need to unscrew the screw things? Surely they are not holding it in? It's come prewicked so don't want to wreck the coil....the drip tip comes out fine but the cap but doesn't seem to detach...it must do if course but buggered if I can see how
Am I just being stupid here? Google is not helping me...

3mls a day pretty much - split pretty equally 1.5mls across various flavours during the day and 1.5mls in the evening of a single flavour (I vape far more in the evening than if the day).

I can only speak from my own experience Karma and I've not tried that kit you've linked to but I still use my Jacvapour kit on occasion (mainly when I need to be discreet) and the cartos even with the pitiful little battery beat the 510 boges used with a spinner hands down, they may have a different thread but they are very responsive for the size. I presume you mean on discrete appearance Dreamy as you surely can't mean on performance. If you do then you don't have the Spinner at the right voltage for the resistance of cartos you have. My two cents for what it's worth fruees . . . avoid anything with an 808 thread like the plague, it's a costly pain in the proverbial to get spares. I realize you're determined to go for a cig alike, which you'll probably end up regretting when you compare the better vaping experience you'll get from something bigger. But like many things in this life, you have to satisfy yourself. Good luck with whatever you do decide to buy. Actually no - don't get me wrong I would never swap my spinner and a decent clearo (mini pro tank or a Davide being my weapons of choice currently) for any kind of carto set up the 510 cartomisers I have do not give the same performance from any of my ego type batteries (egos, a spinner, an ego VV and an itaste mini) as the V1P kit manage from their little batteries - either in taste or vapour. The carto's that got with this kit are really very good for their size, don't expect the performance you get from a decent clearo but they really work very well for the size. furees - if you are happy to live with the bigger size, I'd skip the step you are suggesting and move straight to a VV set up - they aren't a huge amount bigger and the difference you get in performance is pretty much night and day. The only use my 650 egos get these days are backups and to dry burn my clearomisers - whilst the V1P is the stealth kit and the spinners normal service. I'd go with a pair of these: www.ukecigcabin.com/product/spinner-1100Pair of these: www.ukecigcabin.com/product/mini-protankOh and don't forget this as pretty essential www.ukecigcabin.com/product/ego-riva-usb-charger-lead(Note you may well be able to get this stuff cheaper elsewhere - ukecigcabin are well priced normally and reliable - hence the recommendation) Juice wise you can't go wrong getting a 5 pack selection from here: www.thealchemistscupboard.co.uk/product/5x10ml%20samplesI'd recommend at least one bottle of the vodka and lime which is amazing...

It's also a very smart, touchy feely kit which may or may not make a difference to the user depending on how much of a gadget nut they are

Hi again. Firstly, let me say sorry for just jumping right in this morning about the E-Lites. I was in a rush and I hate to see people waste money on them. Can I be totally honest? (yes...) The V1PCC kit is really not the way to go. I had one (JacVapour) and it served me reasonably well for about 6 weeks, but I was forever filling cartomisers, charging batteries, getting cravings for tobacco....etc.etc. Romelee did a review on it....and whilst it's a good price compared toJacVapour and a perfectly sensible introduction to vaping...these "kits" are really NOT the answer. When I first came on 2 forums, everybody was suggesting a Riva Kit. www.vapeescape.co.uk/Deluxe-Vaping-Kits/VE-Riva-1100-Deluxe-Kit/This is still a good kit. BUT, the current myepack deal is just brilliant value at the moment. Buy one of those, an extra battery and maybe a clearomiser or two and you'll be sorted. It's a no-brainer deal at the moment. The mini protank alone is up to £15, so it makes sense. See I disagree to some extent because I think there is a serious psychological barrier to over come when moving from cigs and going straight for the bigger duty kit may cause some wobbles. It might end up costing (quite) a few pounds more to start with a cig alike kit and move up but the V1P kit is a really good cig alike kit, and the 808 fitting whilst not standard, are really good cartomisers for the set up and as I've never really had the desire to use a carto on my other set up, the fact that they are not compatible with each other has never bothered me as I use them as discreet units. If you want a cig alike sized PVC then they don't get much better than this kit...depends what you are after really and where you are mentally at this point

Well this is all a bit negative - so I would say that whilst they can end up a bit of a mess, chatboxs on forums can also work really well as a place to hang around and do a bit of chit chat - probably depends on how many users are trying to talk at once I suppose but the chatbox on another forum (not ecig related) I frequent is the heart of the community.
Basically its like an irc channel built in to a forum - no real reason why they two shouldn't co-exit happily.

I killed one after 3 days - they don't get on well with connecting with a hard surface (ceramic tiled kitchen floor in my case)
I got a replacement from myepack for a tenner or so and arrived nice and quick (comms were a bit poor but vendor explained why on a thread here so all good)

One is in the sale and the other isn't? At a guess the second ones have the longer pro tank tubes and the former the shorter ones that the evods come with. You can swap the tube about easy enough anyway so the former is probably the better bet!
