I mix the whole 5g crushed menthol crystals in 30ml of warm PG (sat in a cup of warm water) in a 50ml bottle, shaking as I add each little bit. I add using a piece of paper rolled into a small funnel. This gives me a strong concentrate and I only need to add 1 drop at a time to reach the taste I want, currently I am vaping my Raspberry menthol as I have the cold  5% Inawera Raspberry mix and 5 drops of menthol per 10ml bottle, tastes like raspberry tunes |

Hi Everyone Little introduction, I was smoking 20 to 30 cigarettes a day, I had tried everything possible in the last 30 years to stop and patches, sprays, even had a prescription from my Doc, nothing worked!! For the last year, since my grandson was born, I had been trying more and more to stop. April of this year I tried my first disposable e-cig, bought it while in Tesco getting my normal 100 pack, I cut down dramatically in a week. I was amazed, I bought an Apollo Ego Kit and I haven't looked back, on 30 April I had my last 'fag'. With still a full pack and 15 in another pack I haven't even thought of 'lighting up', but I have to admit it is nice that they are there to prove I have stopped once and for all. I am now mixing all of my own flavours and have a bad case of 'OOoooh that's nice' I'll just get that with the money I've saved not smoking!!!! Even trying to make my own wood mod at the moment |
