To solve the airey draw put a tiny piece of Sellotape over the holes in the dark chrome on the mini protank ( there are 3 of them so one hole at a time is best till you get it just so) Also a little PTFE tape on the battery threads works really well- this also applies to the full sized protank. I have both the mini and full size and it has tightened up the draw beautifully for me. Cheers Richie

Looks good... wish missus would go for something like MVP, but she's a diehard "Its gotta be round like and not to big". So many double entendre possibilities - must resist Cheers Richie

Just tested with a little PTFE tape on mvp looks ugly but now perfect draw using 3.7 volts . I hate it when I answer my own question. Assuming I can get a few quid for the iclear 30 that it comes with are there any other options that come close in terms of price? 40 quid or thereabouts. Otherwise another MVP it is I suppose Cheers Richie

Forgot to add really after variable volts too- just testing the protank 2 on the MVP with apple pie and custard and pretty impressed so far- just needs the draw tightening up a gnats-nothing some PTFE tape won't fix Perhaps another MVP is the answer Cheers Richie

Due to having biggish hands (9in span ) I'd rather like a battery with a fatter profile than the standard ego but with a 510 fitting at a sensible price- anybody recommend something to suit? Cheers Richie Do you know the Joyetech 18650 tube? www.vaporkings.com/JoyeTech-18650-powered-eGo-T-Genuine-JoyeTech-p/ego-18650-mod.htmIt is a super-fat tube that holds an 18650 battery. It works at either 3.3v or unregulated power (so starts at maybe 4.0v). You'd need the tube, the head and a battery....but it could be a good long-term battery. I have one. Otherwise, unless you go the real "mod" route, maybe a 1300mAh Vision Spinner. That's the kind of size I'm looking for cheers- it's to use as a possible backup/ work device with my protank 2 Unless I get another MVP . Cheers Richie

Great Choices there mate. Can see you've had some good advice or incredible luck. MVP + protanks = win Started with a few ce4/5 and a pair of ego 1100 which are being passed on. Picked my gear mostly from reading on here and any other reviews I could find on the net. Just looking to get rid of the iclear 30 that came with the MVP and maybe get another(MVP)- one for home and one for work with a spare 1100 twist (got this already) just in case Still got half a pack of tobacco here which I haven't touched since I got the first ce4 set and have no intention to either. Mixing myself is the next step once I work out what flavours I like best. Cheers Richie
