Just for info I sent an email to pbusardo advising him of this thread and the review, in the hopes he will take a gander. He is well known to Innokin and if anyone can check it out it is probably him. He may not even read the email for a few weeks/months but I figure it is worth a try.

General rule is that
PG = Stronger flavour and Throat hit
VG = More vapour and more viscous in the tank.
Then there is also the items you can mix it with. Most VG is mixed with a Diluent such as 10% distilled water ( making Aqueous VG) or some use Alcohol such as Vodka at 10%. This makes the VG easier to work with ( Less gloopy ) and in the case of the Alcohol it increases the throat hit a bit.
Also if you are mixing yourself you need to consider that the vast majority of Flavours are mixed with PG which can effect your calculations.
There are also some other additives that increase throat hit such as Bite Extra from flavour art which can give you a throat hit even if you are vaping with no nicotine.
Some people have a reaction to PG which can cause irritation of the mouth all the way up to anaphylactic shock but it is rare and easily solved by either reducing the PG content or in extreme cases vaping PG only.

Like many others I have thought long and hard about this. I liked smoking. Not the harm or smell etc but the act and the habit were enjoyable for me.
Since switching to Vaping I have managed to switch my enjoyment from the Cigs to the Ecigs. Now I get to vape pretty much as little or as much as I want without anything like the harm I was doing to myself before.
I don't have the internal guilt that went with smoking, nor do I suffer with chest problems anymore. I get to try out different flavours by the bucketload and I am currently having a lot of fun experimenting with DIY on the flavourings etc.
About the only thing I don't like with Vaping is the fact that like it or not I am still addicted to Nicotine so I plan over time, to reduce the levels I use. I am currently on 18 MG and started on 24. Now I am DIYing a lot I will when I feel ready reduce my intake in small increments. There is no hurry and no planned time to do so however I will just do it when I feel comfortable with the idea.
Vaping itself is becoming a hobby and I enjoy comparing kit and juices with others who also Vape. I liken it to model building or cooking in that I can be creative in making stuff and can get a slight buzz when I do a good job. I can also share my triumphs with friends.
I do not wish to stop vaping. If I can continue the bits I like and reduce or eradicate the bits I do not like, then that is just great. The fact that it is a much cheaper option is also a bonus.
I consider my Vaping no different to those who like a drink of beer or wine with their meal or of an evening when they are relaxing.
Ideally I would like to get rid of the Addiction and keep the habit if that makes sense.

The car park will no doubt be full Di unless you get there very early, but there is parking on side streets a short walk away. Thanks Bluefish, I don't think we will be getting there very early, so no early bird gifts for us  it's a bit of a long drive down from Cumbria as you'll know, but good to find out there is some parking in the local/general area.  From what I understand the area is resident parking only and the parkies are a bit fierce. Be careful where you park. I am driving down from the Wirral in the morning and have the same problem. Albeit I should be able to get there a bit earlier than you. |

The tobacco flavours that seem to get the best reviews always seem to be from houseofliquids.com This is perhaps because they steep tobacco leaves to make their own tobacco extract for the flavouring. I have been looking into it a bit because once in a while I fancy a tobacco flavour and have yet to find one I actually rate highly. Hoping to try a few flavours at the Vapefest next weekend so I don't want to go buying juice before then. I already have about 30 different flavours at home. Something like 600ml plus enough Nic and other DIY stuff to make another 2 litres hehe. I haven't tried them yet but check out youtube for El Toro eliquids and the new ones Chivalry, Minotaur and erm cant remember the other one right now.  The reviews all seem to rate them as the best of the tobacco flavours out there. Doubt you will get a truly accurate regal flavour though. |

I don't go to it as it is a bit far away for me but I know there are regular monthly meets arranged on UK Vapers at the Lass O Gowrie in Manchester . You might want to do a joint meet up.

Just introducing myself.
Been using UK Vapers normally and stumbled across this forum. Vaping for about 7 months now and an avid reader of forums, blogs and articles on Vaping.
