Anyone else get their vandy vape pulse bf box mod today? Not a bad little box for the price but I'm struggling to like that switch  It works just fine but....  What's up with the switch blakey ? You have to bury your finger into it, not a massive deal but I personally found it a tad uncomfortable, getting used to it now but still  And I'm not comparing it to my high end 3d printed squonkers it's just that I prefer a button that sits proud. That aside it's a great mech squonker for the price  |

downloaded it and connected the 228 to the computer but nothing happens. Remove the batteries then You need to open the update exe, then connect your mod via the usb, let windows do it drivers crap then your version number should appear on the exe. From there click update and that should be it done. |

I have 5 predators here, 1 works properly The others all have 510 issues and jumping ohms that I really can't be assed to strip and repair. No screen issues though, have you tried updating the firmware? |

Well, I thought I'd found a new decent battery supplier, I've purchased a fair few batteries from that site, even though they've all been fine and genuine I can't see myself going back after that display of customer service that I've just researched- that man should clearly not be allowed to run a business  |

amygx do you have another charger to use whilst this is being dealt with? Are you in a position to replace it in the meantime? You cannot use that unit that you have, even briefly. If you can't replace it then let me know and I will get you a replacement. It's okay ill just charge via my mod using usb while I wait for a reply from NDB. If I don't hear from them tomorrow ill do a pp dispute. Just stay safe, the offer stands should you need it. |

Next day batteries are exchanging them for genuine models, all you need to do is contact them.
This is the email I received
Throughout the past week our company has been attacked by various people online through various social media channels due to the fact that we received a limited number of inadequate nitecore i4 chargers with our September delivery from our, rest assured that we are working with all our customers to replace any less than perfect i4 chargers purchased on our site, we have spent the last 2 days filtering through our remaining nitecore i4 chargers and can confirm that every single unit is 100% authentic with the correct UK plugs, we sincerely apologise to anyone affected, its not easy running a business as successful as ours, especially when we get targeted by multiple individuals who make it their mission to bring us down, we will move on from this and continue to offer an amazing service to all our new and loyal customers, its going to take more than a few Facebook minions on a vendetta to bring us down, thank you for taking the time to read this email i hope this clears a few things up, if you think that you have received a sub standard nitecore i4 charger then please get in contact for a replacement.
We have suffered attack after attack since we launched but we shall remain the UK's number 1 18650 battery and charger store.
