Oh dear....she'll be gutted when you tell her the holiday is off. Never mind though, there'll always be other years to go away together. See you at VF For 50 years my testicles have been positioned neatly between my legs, I fully intend to avoid any situations that would lead to their relocation

It was really annoying only because other mods didn't do so it never became natural like pressing up/down and sometimes happened when I didn't want it. It was a reasonable idea though and no doubt good if you use it enough it becomes natural. Yeah it is a pain, i turned the tilt function off but even then when only using the buttons you still have to go through the ritual of either going into the menu or pressing either the up then the down or vice versa can never remember which to get into wattage adjust. Mine is on the shelf unused for many months, I spit in its direction as I walk past Pulse width temp control is the reason I've never touched another sx mod.

Is there a good video anyone can recommend to explain Ohms law, please? Looking on Steam Engine I see you can change the 4 variables....but.....?? Most of my batteries are Samsung 25r - will they be any good to use? I have some ni80 wire. Certainly won't be looking to build anything clever - few wraps and single coil will be enough for me.... With a genuine samsung 25r if you coil to .21ohms you'll be taking power from the battery at a rate of 20amps at 4.2v which is within spec and a very good place to start for direct lung vaping just don't go any lower in ohms with those batteries If you're vaping mouth to lung then you'll be vaping at a much higher ohms (.5ohms and upwards) and will hardly tax the battery at all Edit - to add to this, you need to look at the battery drain option from the menu at the top of the screen at steam engine

Thanks blakey, both batteries are brand new (<10 partial discharges), and the iJoy is 40A, I presume the Fogstar is similar. I will build to .2ohm to allow a bit of headroom, and report back! 0.2 is a very sensible resistance and perfectly safe with the I-Joys, you'll find a much stronger vape with that set up

Following this as I have recently bought a Pulse squonker and Pulse 24 RDA. I have some Ni80 .5 - could I dual coil this, 7 wraps 3mm ID comes out at .25ohm? I have 2 x 20700 batteries, one is an iJoy, the other a Fogstar (which I'm sure I have read is a re-wrap of the iJoy). I have 2 x 9 wrap 3mm ID Kanthal .5 coils in at the moment, and although the vapour is produced well, the vape lacks a kick to it - rather too smooth and mellow for me! Watching with interest! EDIT: Steam Engine linkI run those I-joys in the pulse, are they the 30a or the 40a? Both are sensible batteries You'll find that you can coil to .15 and get a very decent vape but be mindful that you're pulling 28amps at 4.2v for the first few puffs so don't do this with old batteries.

Never do ANYTHING without checking whether or not your battery can handle what is going to be asked of it www.steam-engine.org/Build your coil or coils to below the spec of your battery. Use simple round wire, exotic coils will take forever to get to temperature with a single battery unregulated mod. Know your battery safety and ohms law

I'm still confused at how ecigone can have drones but nobody else has them and say they are discontinued? 🤔 A limited re-run is why, only a few vendors got them

Lost vape produced a limited re-release whilst they work on their new twin battery squonker with their own chip. 24/7? It's great indoors but I'll be fu@ked if I'd carry it outside in my pocket That's what the seize mods zipper is for Doesn't bother me carrying it in the slightest as it's usually in my hand 😄 The new one came today Ecigone don't eff about It comes with the new silicon bottle as found in the thereon squonk and it's a pretty good bottle, I already had one fitted to my other drone. The bottle was the only downside to the original drone for me and now that's resolved

Ecigone have had a shipment of lostvape drones for anyone interested, I nabbed one as a back up. The drone is my number one indoors mod It's my number one everything 24/7 lol Thanks for the heads up as two of my mates want them. Outstanding piece of kit and a good price Cheers 😊🤗👍 Lost vape produced a limited re-release whilst they work on their new twin battery squonker with their own chip. 24/7?
