Definitely not just you MrDJ . . . I bought these ( or similar ) some years back when I first started using Cleito's:

no matter what time i order from vape club they have always delivered the next day. with the itank though from ecig direct ive never in 7 years had a sunday delivery.
Me neither! I was gobsmacked when the postie called.
now a question about the itank. there is only one other tank ive had this issue with which was the cleito and im noticing it with the itank. at 50watts is anyone else getting a burnt inner top lip? out of my 50 or so tanks at even higher wattage i dont get this but the cleito and the itank do this and its a little annoying.
I'm not at 50watts yet with the Itank MrDJ . . . but yes, I got that with the Cleito even at lower wattages, so swapped over the drip tip almost immediately and haven't had a problem since. I'm hoping that if similar happens with this one, I'll have something to fit.

Vape Club..... Ordered the itank coils yesterday (Sunday) online and they....errrr....arrrived today (Monday). Exceptional
Brilliant Andy!
I've not dealt with them for a few years, since the pre-TPD smash n grabs ( had no issues then ) so it's lovely to see a Vendor a) still in business b) delivering outstanding service!

see what you mean Perpetua its a bit of a biatch and wont budge for me.
They do seem to be quite variable on their ' budgeability ' MrDJ . . . had I/we not bodged the first one, then I'd have been floundering again.
Hope you get yours sorted when you've a bit more time.
Enjoy your street party - it's tipping it down here, so fingers crossed your weather is kinder.

Same here MrDJ . . . although I'm not counting on a delivery from Royal Mail today!
( ETA: Bli me - my order has just arrived. Apparently they're doing overtime at my local office. )
Vapeclub's service is excellent, ordered Friday on a Bank Holiday - delivered Saturday.
And, I have to fess up, just to get the free postage of course ordered another tank as there's not a huge difference in price between them and EcigaretteDirect.
With some trepidation I tackled the glass/perspex insert removal yesterday afternoon.
Having learnt from the experience of the first one, after a little wiggling the glass slid down quite easily this time, point of a knife in the insert join and that popped in half.
Took just minutes.

Hopefully this one will be a little easier to persuade the glass off, otherwise I'll have to wait 6weeks until Gareth does the windows again.
Like MrDJ Vapeclub was where I bought my tank + a pack of coils as they seemed like a reasonable price there, went for the 0.4ohm as that usually does me nicely:

I took the hammer to that one and not just the glass
. . . man after my own heart striker42 , a hammer is an under utilised piece of kit for any vaper!
After the challenges of GG ephemera, this was quite low scale! I was reassured that Gareth also had problems - in true blokey style ( sorry chaps ) his immediate reaction was " I don't think this is designed to come apart " bless.
Anyway we got there and my windows also got cleaned . . . eventually.

Update . . . well what a palaver!
Gareth couldn't unscrew either end on mine . . . so I took the executive decision and deployed the hammer.
Glass busted, we still couldn't unscrew the ends but he did manage to break the plastic insert with a fingernail and happy days the spare glass slid over the ends/chimmney which we were dubious about at first- sorted, phew.
So I might buy another if Andy ghostrider1971 would be kind enough to pop a link up.

Still no luck.
But I did at least manage to unscrew the top lid part which swings over for filling . . . that I also find incredibly difficult to open, but hope once it finally get some eliquid on it, that will get easier.
So my last option is the window cleaner who's due this afternoon, mainly because it's raining as normally happens when he calls.
But! Gareth is a vaper also so . . . the hammer is staying in the cupboard, for now.

Maybe I'll try unscrewing the top part anti clockwise Andy ghostrider1971 . . . because I can't manage to unscrew the bottom either!
I'm loathe to use it as a 2ml tank, sub ohm - that capacity is a waste of time. Not defeated just yet.
( Ps. Where did you purchase yours from may I ask? )
... I had trouble screwing the top back on when I took it off - then finally realised it was anti clockwise to put back on.Sounds like you need to screw clockwise to take off, if to put back on is anti-clockwise. Good luck!
I going to take the belts n braces approach . . . and try both Dave!
Have also seen on Reddit two other possibilities a) hot water bath . . . b) hammer, which was my first inclination.

He makes it look sooooooooooooo easy Dave Postmodern Smoking . . . the video is exactly what I was looking for. But try as I might I just can't unscrew the top part sadly, haven't got the grip or strength ( had to use pliers to get the coil out ) so back in the box it will go.
Thank you anyway.

Hello gents!
Proving the point that some things never change and reading your glowing reviews on the Vaporesso Itank, totally seduced I succumbed and purchased one along with a pack of coils for what I thought was a good price - under £25 delivered, received the next day.
I was going to get a bubble glass or two, but reading that the plastic insert once removed gives a 5ml capacity ( that's ample for me ) swerved that purchase.
All good so far . . . now it goes downhill - how the heck do you get this tank apart to get the plastic out or indeed replace the glass?! I spent an especially tedious hour this morning trawling through the internet trying to find a ' how to ' with zero success.
The only thing I could finally think of is smashing the installed glass, but would I be able to put it back together again or just be left with a pile of useless bits.

Are they sweet flavours ghostrider1971 ? I ask because I used to find if Stevia was used that left a really weird aftertaste . . . or I'm trying desperately (and failing ) to remember what was used in the likes of Colonel Custard instead of Acetoin & Acetylpropionyl for a creamy effect, but tasted like decayed baby vomit to me. Dave Postmodern Smoking can you recall? Butyric Acid is what you are thinking of Mandy (also found in milk, parmesan cheese and decayed (or fresh ) baby vomit!) which is an alternative to Diacetyl, Acetoin and Acetyl Proprionyl [ETA]
That's the one! Thank you for coming to my assistance Dave . . . for the life of me I couldn't remember!
Rank squared.
