Nice tip Cas ... will have to give that a go when the laptop battery packs up Your welcome, I read it's a good idea to have a fire proof bucket & sand near by just in case any catch fire lol Might be too much effort for some, but if you have all the equipment to test the batteries etc.. then recycling is always a good thing

So this doesn't really apply to me since i'm not into MODS (yet) & have no need for batteries (at the moment) but i stumbled across this and thought it might be useful for some of you here, especially if you have some old laptop batteries lying around.. www.candlepowerforums.com/vb/showthread.php?246699-Tutorial-Laptop-Battery-Pack-18650-ExtractionI believe it's a flash light forum, but it's a pretty good tutorial & seems a good source of 18650 batteries since old laptop batteries what die could have a couple of good batteries still inside it. Safety first, since it involves batteries & could potentially be dangerous without care, I would recommend getting some advice first if you don't know what your doing I'm sure there are some experts lurking around this forum for help, sorry if it has already been posted.. had a look & couldn't see anything.

Nice one, Cas, might be standard stuff, but it works very well & for the price of 4 packs of cigs. Good for you! That's it! think iv spent like £35 now over 6 weeks.. but that's including more juice, another iclear16 & 5 more heads which should last me a while.. I rekon it is best to go cheap at first with something of decent quality so you can get a good idea of what vaping will be like and your not wasting a ton of cash if it isn't something you stick to.. i love it & wonder why the hell i never thought of trying it sooner! I'm pleased with my orders & friends orders from FastTech, speed and price is great, but il probably buy from the UK in future for the speed and peace of mind for returns on more expensive kit.

There quite good batteries tbh, seem to last ages.. think they are fakes? since there form fasttech but still do the job.. will get some kind of vv next from a uk seller, looks like i ordered batteries at the right time since they are clamping down on them at the China airports Might give the mini protanks a try next, although i haven't had any leaks yet with these iclears, bit of juice on my lips now and then lol

Never got round to posting a photo of the kit i started on but here it is.. Standard stuff, but it cost me less than £25 including the juice! It included the usb charger & the needle top bottle is useless, gave that to a friend who ordered some EVOD clearomisers.. easy enough to just fill the iclears with the juice bottle

Everything seems to last longer for me, no idea why lol my 900mah batteries last all week without charge and i vape the same amount i would have smoked, i usually end up charging them for the sake of it I got 3 iClear 16s with my first order and they are still going strong at just over 5 weeks, at 4 weeks i cleaned them and one tastes a bit funny but the other 2 was like brand new again. i'v ordered some new heads from fasttech and 2 more iClear 16s but these seem to be doing a good job

I'm on 70/30 6mg and i love it, although some of my friends cough when ever i let them try mine..
I tried my sisters 70/30 12mg and that was too harsh on the throat for me, but she likes it

Thought i would share my experience so far.. Started Friday night & not touched or wanted a cig since! I ordered 10ml 70/30 pg/vg 6mg of Menthol, Chocolate, Hazelnut & Mocha from JooseJuice Menthol is the only one i can vape all day.. the other 3 don't really do anything for me & are quite sickly, so only good for the occasional puff.. I think because i only ordered 6mg nicotine the others don't give much of a throat hit.. I will keep them for a while and try again in a few weeks to see if i have changed my mind/taste buds.. i'm also thinking of mixing a little menthol & chocolate to see how that tastes.. The menthol form JooseJuice is amazing, pretty strong but this just increases the throat hit so for 6mg nic it doesn't feel week I haven't even thought about having a cig since & haven't vaped that much tbh, the 900mAh EVOD battery i got from FastTech has lasted 3 days so far without re-charge.. the other is fully charged ready, i was charging them both and keeping them topped up but i thought i would see how long these things last. I like the size of the 900mAh and vape it walking round town etc.. Any menthol recommendation from you lot? What is your favourite menthol? i hated menthol cigarettes but love vaping it, i will be ordering a 30ml bottle from JooseJuice Also, any recommendations on flavours to mix with Menthol? Big thanks to everyone here at Allaboute-cigarettes for your help!

Well done, Cas! Just to add, when you do put another order in, add another charger or two to it. As it's good to have at least two & not rely on just the one. Yeh i will, i don't know why i din't order more than one, was only like a quid! i have plenty of the usb/socket adapters, there not too pricey in the UK either but i might as well get some from FT while buying other things.
