I've had the same problem with the Smoks and thought maybe I just dribbled to much so I bought some pipecleaners. They do help a bit but still have to carry a load of tissues to dry off the top of the battery on a regular basis. Thank you from me as well, OneDay, for the picture. It makes it all much clearer.

I went over to Kernow Vapes to have a look and bought 2! I really should know better than to look at threads on here that tell me about things I didn'y know I wanted! Ignorance may not be bliss but it is cheap.

I'm not sure I would have started vaping if my only option was something altogether different, mybad. My first forays online into the world of vaping left me confused and bewildered! It's a whole new language to learn, plus the technology side. I went for a little bit of both with the added bonus of a back up power pack for my phone! I also thought that the familiarity of having a 'cigarette' between my fingers would make it easier - and it did, initially. I gradually found the faff of filling and recharging was an annoyance but didn't consider an alternative until I started looking at different flavoured juices and stumbled across AAEC. I definitely felt a bit weird when I unleashed my itaste vv and iclear16s to the greater public (I bypassed egos entirely!). Until information is out there and easily accessible, even to people with no or limited internet access, then I think that the cig-a-likes are an important first step. Some people still prefer them, there is a new poster on the site (can't remember name) who just wants a cheaper version, not interested in alternatives.

Once upon a Time there was a girl with a very big pair of beautiful spaniel dogs who were always licking each others hairy big fat paws. The problem was the girl wanted someone in her blueberry muffin shop after closing time to guard the most prized possession, it was a big black shiny frogster recipe for a special pie. This Special Pie was abit taboo because it contained fantastical magical ingredients like, dragons blood and unicorn milk, spiders teeth and mermaids legs and lots of other stinky nasty bits!
But I digress the girl was eating chicken drumsticks in her pyjamas when suddenly a slobbery hairy spaniel decided to jump on the cat that suddenly appeared wearing a pink love heart onezie covered in cherry ice flavoured e-liquid. The cat managed to wriggle free and quickly ran out the door trying to shake her whiskers dry.
The girl screamed help, im being black cat vaped, then Chuck Norris burst into the room, in a flash he grabbed the Provari with his extra long, dual coil vapouriser! He put it in between her outstretched cool hands. But suddenly the special pie burst, and saturated Her,warm juice everywhere! Slowly dripping down all over her like Chuck Norris's evod when it blew a seal.
What a mess! Running down her neck, chin and covering her large flappy feet. Suddenly!!!! the vape fairy arrived.
Never fear gentle vapers,The Alchemist appeared! The vaped crusader was here to preach the unknown for's and against's this uprising revolution, but before he got out his enormous, heavy sack poof EU appeared! and there was a great wailing and gnashing of teeth.
Vamo in hand! and with a puff of vapour Arnie became Vaperman .... Fear not pie-face, I am here,in leopard skin posing pouch ready for your pie. Pass the whipped cream and crushed nuts, hold on tight to my humungus Vamo shaped spatula,Drat Battery Failure!!!! Case of Premature release of juice. Tank cracked due

mybad the AIO is a cig-a-like, just a posh one! And 'banned' / 'discontinued'? Is there a difference, really?

I was in Provence not long ago and found very flashy B&M shops in several small towns. It was quite a touristy area, Van Gough Trail featured highly in a couple, but we didn't go anywhere major or well-known. Didn't see anyone else vaping, though an awful lot of people smoking; nobody batted an eyelid or raised an eyebrow at me, however. If I'd still been smoking then I wouldn't have felt like a leper and tobacco was really cheap. I wasn't interested! Mild interest only, my thoughts being, 'if I still smoked I would have been well p****d of if I'd bought duty free'.

It's how I started because I thought it was the least ostentacious way to go and I wasn't sure it would work. I didn't go supermarket because of the cost (same as cigarettes and more than rollies) and bought an Innokin AIO PCC which is a really nice little kit and worked a treat but I soon found that the faff of refilling the carts was driving me nuts which is how I eventually stumbled across AAEC and learned more. Unless advertising rules are changed, the cig-a-likes are an obvious first step and to ban them would leave nothing but NRT.

Mini protanks look great on both! The dark banding helps tie them in. The chameleon is off black, almost looks navy at times. In really good light it has purple, blue, pink and silver sparkles. Find a good photo - I've only got my phone and the lighting is low energy. Regardless of colour, they are nice to hold, don't roll, pass-through and vv/vw; I have found vw to be more useful than vv (spinner), don't fully understand the physics of it but it does give me more control.

I agree - it's just so ridiculous I was hoping it was intended to be tongue in cheek though I can't see anything to suggest it's a joke. I was hoping that Huffington Post only published spoof articles as that's what their name suggested to me and this was supported by anything I've seen published by them so far. Maybe I've been taking the stick by the wrong end and the other articles were meant to be taken seriously too. Oh dear!

I've got both! Pearl Chrome first because the Chameleon really needs sunshine to look its best! Not really 'brushed steel' more 'soft silver'!

I've only ever seen daft things posted from Huffington Post. Is that meant to be taken seriously?

I'm not going to help here, Pepperty, but just thought I'd add my tuppenceworth. I prefer the itaste v3 to the rainbow spinner! Apart from the aesthetics and stuff, you can use it pass-through so if it runs out of charge you don't have to take everything off, screw it into its charger and find something else, you plug its charger in and keep vaping! And the charger works with other things and vice versa. Plus the iclear 16s are good and you get 5 of them (which costs £30+ in some places) which means you can be trying several juices at once. I prefer glass and love the mini protanks but I am worried about taking them out. My vote is definitely for the itaste bargain from Paradise Vape.
