Im getting a bit fed up of leaking Why is it happening so much? Im still using the SMOK ARO PYREX, and still love them (even bought a few more) BUT the leaking problem is doing my head in a bit Ive thought about possibly re-wicking them all, if I was confident enough to do it, because Ive got a feeling it may be a wick problem, would that be possible? That its purely a wick problem I mean? ??? They are certainly a messy vape! Any thoughts why? Thanks

Bit more info...it happens with no rhyme or reason. It could be half empty, full, new head, old head, different thickness of juice etc etc, it will suddenly happen. The gurgling starts, the juice leaks onto the battery, Ive got to keep unscrewing it and wiping it off, I wick the mouth-piece, unscrew the head and screw it back on, and its ok for a few minutes then happens again Im forever covered in bloody juice!

It certainly sounds like too much juice is getting into the centre column through the wick holes. The simplest solution is to remove the ridged pole at the top of the head and lay another piece of 2ml wick on top of the existing set-up

Just lay another bit of wick in the slot and re-assemble

Ah that might explain my evod doing the exact same thing....I watched a video on youtube that advised removing a thread, so i did, now the thing is behaving just like smokeybebe's.....i guess it follows, you remove a thread or two more juice can flow through, you get more vapour, but the sod leaks, time to put back a thread or two....good luck bebe, the video i saw is here, itsa a fair way through the review, but it does give some excellent close up[ shots of the wick etc

A few times Ive found bits of wick floating in the juice ??? Sounds like the original flavour wicks that oneday described have come apart and are now in your juice thus causing to much juice to come through to the wick and flooding it. Onedays suggestion should solve that smokey.

Thanks Sounds like a classic case, if you are still using the factory head please do bear in mind like everything else, they are made to a price. BCC are known for this particular problem.Thats the reason most of us will recoil/rewick factory heads. The size of your wick will determine if you need a flavour wick (read as a PLUG) or not. Always remember to ensure the little silicone cap is down tight around the centre piece as well. Hopefully this should help out.

I agree bebe..........have a go at re-wicking them, as the original wicks are often poo..........or as OneDay says, rest a short length of wick over the existing one.

Hopefully that will keep you going for a few weeks
