This was on FT forums this morning regarding the VTR: Thank you for the order numbers everyone.
Please not that it is not necessary to post them here as FastTech records stock status of everything in your order the moment it is received by us. This is evident by the scheduled shipping date that was displayed in your account. Although it started changing to "restocking" since yesterday, we do have access to the original date internally.
It's 7:20am in the morning here so work hasn't started yet. Later today our time we're going to ensure that all orders showing "restocking" are shipped. Note that if you have ordered other stuffs along with your VTR, your order may still have to wait for the other items to become ready, but you will see a "ready-to-ship" badge next to your VTR by the end of today our time.
Thank you.So those who ordered when it stated "ships in 3 business days" should be OK..............but will we  Griff |

So it would appear the "restocking" at FT means they haven`t got it and most likely never did  I await a reply to my email to FT and if I get the same reply as you have lemental then I will opt for a full refund. Griff |

rayp40 I have just tried an Oddy tank on my MVP and it wont fire  Put the 510 Airflow Controller on then put the Oddy back on and it fired  Griff

rayp40 it could because the itaste 134 is made from 4 times more metal than the MVP  I find that the 510 airflow controller helps to make a connection with tanks/attys that wont fire up due to no contact. I have in my collection a KSD K-Max, which wont fire an iclear 30, but when I use the Airflow Controller it does. Hope it helps. Griff

My order for the VTR placed on 29 Oct and due to be shipped on 6 November has now been changed to "restocking"  Seem FT never get it right these days I have asked FT why and await their reply  Hope anyone else who has ordered the VTR dosen`t have the same issue Griff |

wight FT had a lot of orders returned due to issues with Beijing Airport security. They then arranged for those returned packets to be sent out again, the packers didn`t keep a list of the tracking numbers so FT didn`t know where in the system those packets were. FT sent an email to all effected customers stating a refund would be given and asked customers who had actually received their goods for honesty and to go into their account on FT and mark the item as delivered. Perpetua I have never had any problems with Healthcabin. In fact I have always found them to be an excellent online retailer selling genuine items, with good customer service. Indeed, it must be a nightmare for all sellers of E-Cig related products operating in China. I may not agree, but I can understand the issues with batteries, but other harmless gear is madness. Let`s hope that the authorities come to their senses and realise they are loosing export business. Griff

My last 3 orders placed with Healthcabin for iclear 30 tanks, a kick and a MOD have all been returned to them by the China security checks at Beijing airport Credit to Healthcabin as they have given me a full refund, including the postage. So it would appear our little Chinese sellers are having some real issues with their customs people. Griff |
