Healthcabin are only shipping batteries and e-juice through DHL and EMS. So shipping prices will be more expensive.
This is the message on their home page:
"Dear customers?
We are very sorry to inform you that China Registered Airmail DOES NOT ship liquid or batteries temporarily because of the strict security check at airport from Oct. If you want to order ejuice or batteries, please choose DHL or EMS as shipping method.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
If you have any questions, please feel free to click help desk and submit a ticket.
We will be happy to answer them.
Health Cabin"

The plot thickens.

Shame, as it's not long ago that they re-instated the China Shipping option for such items. The tighter controls seem to be affecting a number of the Chinese Vendors now.

My last 3 orders placed with Healthcabin for iclear 30 tanks, a kick and a MOD have all been returned to them by the China security checks at Beijing airport Credit to Healthcabin as they have given me a full refund, including the postage. So it would appear our little Chinese sellers are having some real issues with their customs people. Griff

Perpetua I have never had any problems with Healthcabin. In fact I have always found them to be an excellent online retailer selling genuine items, with good customer service. Indeed, it must be a nightmare for all sellers of E-Cig related products operating in China. I may not agree, but I can understand the issues with batteries, but other harmless gear is madness. Let`s hope that the authorities come to their senses and realise they are loosing export business. Griff

Dave has promised to update if his battery makes it to him Just heard from them to say the order has been returned China Post are obviously being very picky at the moment! I've opted for a re-fund as I didn't fancy paying the extra for dhl for such a small order. I did another (bigger) order with them last week and I did go with dhl on that one - It got here very quickly but they had put the full value on the customs declaration so had a VAT bill which was a first for HC! At least with dhl you only pay a £5 fee on top of the VAT. The last VAT bill I had from RM included a £13.50 charge!

Just had an email from Health Cabin regarding a mechanical MOD ordered a couple of weeks ago. It has been returned to them by China security checks at Beijing airport It would appear that they are having some serious problems with post regardless of what they are sending out Got a full refund again from Health Cabin Griff

@johanino I think it is down to China Post so albeit more expensive the same issue may be avoided by using EMS or DHL.
