They do usually. Either cancel the item that isn`t ready to ship and then re-order that on a separate order so other item/s go to waiting to be packaged and then packaging. Or put a ticket in asking FT to split the order, which sometimes has the effect that the item you waiting for suddenly being ready to ship.

Have to agree that Foclecig has been very professional with this issue and I would also buy from Focalecig again. Griff

@zero, jaysey, toots I emailed Nigel again today at T-Juice and asked: Can you confirm please that the base for T-Juice concentrates is 80%pg/20%vg and not 100%pg?
I know that the ready to vape T-Juice`s are 80%pg/20%vg Nigel`s reply: Indeed they are 80 PG/ 20 VG
Happy Vaping! So T-Juice concentrate is definitely 80pg/20vg. Griff

jaysey I only know because when I first got some T-Juice concentrate it didn`t state what the base make up was so I asked tjnige and he emailed saying it was 80pg/20vg. Griff

@zero I mix mine at 10% concentrate as it suits me, but may not suit others. Out of one 10ml Red Ataire concentrate I get 100ml of damn fine juice Griff

@zero your mix ratio can be want you want i.e. 50/50, 60/40, 70/30 etc.
It is the base make up of the actual concentrate that is 80pg/20vg.
Which means if your doing a 70/30 mix you would need slightly more PG and slightly less VG when mixing to allow for the T-Juice concentrate PG/VG make up.

I have seen a few posts asking how long T-Juice concentrates needs to be steeped. I got this sometime ago from Nigel at T-Juice:
For Primo, Cubana and Ice Queen 5 - 7 days
For all other tobacco concentrates: 3 - 5 days
For all other flavours: 2 - 3 days
The make up of T-Juice concentrates is 80pg/20vg.
Sorry if the above is already known

snout71 if your still having problems with the Ithaka reading 0.0 ohms then it may be due to yet another piece incorrect in the build from the supplier. Not only is the very small "O" ring missing, but the plastic insulation washer is also missing. That is the bit that could well be giving you wrong ohms readings. Currently where the plastic insulation washer should be is that broken silicone sleeve in your picture. If that area is not insulated you won`t get the correct reading. The silicone sleeve fitted by the supplier will easily split, which makes it not fit for purpose IMHO because the post would not be insulated.. I can understand we purchased a clone, but it would be a good idea for the supplier to check how the original is built and copy that. They may use different materials, but they should be fit for purpose and able to function, which I do not believe is possible without the missing parts. I have emailed Foclecig pointing out the missing parts. This picture shows where the missing parts should be: The green arrow is where the plastic insulator should be and the red arrow is where the very small "O" ring should be. The size of the plastic insulator should be 5.5mm (OD) x 3mm (ID) x 1mm (thick). Griff

snout71 if I have got it right you are referring to the white/clear silicone grommet that goes in the base of the black arrow before you assemble that base to the ceramic/wick/wire/s part. If so you don`t need it as to put it back blocks the airflow. In the video earlier in this post that grommet does not exist. I may be wrong, but one reason for you getting 0.0 ohms then 9.9 ohms could be by using the grommet mentioned by Brambles, which is an ideal solution, but not for long term use as that grommet isn`t as wide as the very small "O" would be and softer material, which means if you screw up the ceramic holder too tight is squashes the grommet out of shape as such your wire/s could touch the drip housing base and cause problems. So until the missing "O" ring is received you have to treat it gently. Hope it makes sense. Griff

Goes together: red arrow screws inside light green arrow. Dark green arrow screws onto brown arrow. Yellow arrow screws onto purple arrow. Black arrow screws onto yellow arrow. Blue arrows screws onto black arrow. Griff

I`m not sure but I think a reading of 9.9 ohms indicates it is shorting out somewhere.
