it is a clone and not really expected it to perform as an original dna40 must say the build inside is very tidy its a shame with the work on the internals if the board doesnt perform

the coils i have are .15 ni 200 in the occ so should be good to go out of the foil wrapper between 20 - 45 watts but still it wont play ball I wonder if I am not doing the correct button pushes to set it up ie setting temp during lock mode, then pres fire once to set it, then release the lock and have wattage adjusted at 30 watts installed atty pressed fire and result is "check atomizer"

just use the not fit for purpose and trading standards threat they should jump through hoops dont get angry do it with a smile it works better.
the links chrissie has put, doesnt shine them in a good light but be firm they should hopefully do the right thing as you are there in person

Hi have a hana clone bought from a very nice chap here have been trying to play with the temp controls
I have some temp ni200 occ to go in the subtank have built various ni200 28awg coils on the kayfun, the rba section of the subtanks and a tugboat at varying resistances around the .02 area and everything keeps coming in with check atomizer. have left everything at room temperature overnight set the temp in ranges of 400 to 450f to try and get it to work all coils are tight to the connection (wound around the screws) and tidy as they have been wound on a 3mm screw. connected to a multimeter giving the readings required but always it still shows "check atomizer"
while I appreciate the benefits from an original board (it's my intention to replace it with an original) are these just a no no with regards to temp control or am i doing something wrong?
done the usual
battery in battery out set it at off and removed battery , replaced battery and set it back on pressed fire to unlock and all the time is says check atomizer,
please help thanks in advance (suicidal) scummerlee

1 month warranty surely doesnt apply here if the goods are faulty (not damaged by yourself) then they should have a life expectancy fit for purpose. I wouldnt buy a mod/washing machine/tv/laptop etc brand new and expect it to go faulty withing such a short time, even a battery is expected to last a lot longer than a month and 10 days.
Don't beg for a refund DEMAND it
I think the rules generally are if you can provide proof of purchase and the goods proved to be faulty you are entitled to a refund simple as that.
you have a receipt and you have video evidence
do NOT open it up it will void all warranty

missing the first vape shop b&m in Southampton "the Southampton vape centre" (formally vapertrails) been open 2 and a half years now. good shop by the way with oodles of stock, e.g juice and mods etc ( I am not affiliated in any way just like the store and the staff even if they do keep emptying my wallet)

granted its custard from big juice is my favourite at the moment and only £10 for 50ml flat rate shipping is £2.99 so worth gathering a few others to try big juice concentrates

try folding over in half and twist them tightly together should help in reducing your ohms using wire you already have
