Just recently I have got into custards and like them. I have tried T Juice Custard and Generals Juice General Custard. Of the two I prefer the GJ version. But it would be good to mix my own. So does anyone have a recommendation for the flavour concentrate? I know T Juice sell their own concentrate, but it has a hint of menthol in there and I don't like that bit. But what makes a good custard recipe? Custard flavour on it's own or with a tad of vanilla added? And what brand? I'm enjoying this mixing lark (Only done 2 so far, ) and still learning. So all advice gratefully received.

granted its custard from big juice is my favourite at the moment and only £10 for 50ml flat rate shipping is £2.99 so worth gathering a few others to try big juice concentrates

There are that many Custards out there it is way too hard to say who is the best as it is also down to every ones individuals taste but saying that I can recommend on my taste and what I have found to be the best in my own personal taste 1. Goose Juice - link - Custard but with a twist 2. Grants - link3. J-Vapes Colonel Custard link - This is more a creme brulee but mmmmmmm 4. Custard Cukka - link - This is my local shops own and I use it for drippers and love it As for making your own then just look at our list here link but I would try Custard Love Child to start but also remember that all custards need to steep for a few weeks at the minimum Hope this helps

Custard is basically vanilla and cream. The recipe that works for me is 16% Sulubarome vanilla, 4% CCW cream. Shake it, and it is ready to vape unlike most custards. I usually mix it at 80% VG but it works from 45%VG to 80%.

Ukflavours custard is a nice single mix. When first mixed tastes a little like lorans bavarian cream. Takes about 2 weeks to start going a redish brown & really delicious.

What's your nic strength mattyjones1977? I find the colour change varies quite widely depending on strength:

That's likely to be the reason then mattyjones1977 . . . the one on the right of my piccie, is the lowest nic strength. Nicotine, seems to accelerate the colour change I've found. Have you tried yours?
