Hi sellaman, for me about 3 months , but thing change as your tastebuds get more alive, I found that food I liked when I was smoking was too strong a flavour but now 5 months in things are good, its been a good journey for me with lots of twists and turns but I did smoke for 53 years lol

Hi sellaman, tobacco flavours dont do it for me, I like the coffee flavours and use 50/50 pg/vg, but its really a lot of trial and error until you suddenly find that you are there, A vapor person lol
