That's it – we're full. We've managed to fill our 53 acres with the creme de la creme of Vaping Vendors, big and small, independent and multinational, from the UK and abroad. After comments that last year was too "juice heavy", we have tried to shift the emphasis more toward hardware this year, even creating a Modders' Village where you'll be able to marvel at, and perhaps take home, unique and lovingly crafted devices from the cutting edge of vape technology. We've also ensured there's something affordable for everyone. That's not to say there won't be any juice – oh no – far from it. We have invited the best of the artisan juice merchants as well as many firm favourites among the vaping community. As ever, we promise that your atomiser will never run dry at Vapefest!Vendors who did not manage to secure a place at this year's festival can still have a presence at the event by making a raffle contribution. Drop us a line at ukvapefest@gmail.com for further details.

I have an authentic Cloupor Mini courtesy of Fastech - it works a treat. As far as the battery is concerned anything less than 66mm in length is fine. The atomizer connection is fine tuned via a philips cross head connection within the threads. It'll take you a couple of minutes to find the right setting for you atty but after than there's really nothing more you need to do.

Anthemic alt rockers Omaha hail from Leicester. The band recently signed to US label ‘We Are Triumphant’, off the back of a lot of hype in the UK scene. They have sky rocketed in popularity receiving airtime on BBC Radio 1 as well as being featured in Rocksound Magazine. Their recent EP "Chapters" has been descirbed as "slick, powerful, honest and leaves you wanting to hear more"... Listen to a track from "Chapters" here.

Adding to this year's French flavour, we welcome JOHK, a frenetic four piece skate punk band from Poitiers in France. They'll be tearing up our our soundstage on Sunday. You can check out their latest single here...

Our House DJ for Vapefest this year is the reknowned DJ BiLLy iDLe. A distinguished and long time vaper himself, Billy will be banging out an eclectic mix of dance floor anthems and classics, from the late 80's to last week. Check out this set for a taste of things to come...

I am pleased to announce that, for the first time, the Festival will feature Live Music. On Saturday and Sunday the UK Vapefest Soundstage will play host to DJs and bands from all over the country and abroad! I'll be updating this thread with Band info so come back soon!

Of course you know that Shrewsbury has many fine butchers – there's no need to share your journey to vapefest with a sweaty carcass in your car boot, or a rack of ribs in your ruck sack or burgers in your bum bag... Highly regarded and widely recommended is William Dodds Traditional Butchers in Market Square - only 1.2 miles from the festival site.

£183 to spare? A 30 litre tea urn like this would set you back £83... but maybe that's too much tea. If you still have spare funds, this section of the UK Vapefest for Dummies guide might be of interest: | Vapefest has always been free to attend, and will continue to be so, however, this year, we will be raising money for Garry Dibley’s annual Children in Need donation. If you appreciate what we do please consider making a donation. We don’t want your money, but a little might go a long way to making the lives of other people better. |

This year, as part of our French outreach program, we’ve invited the French modders collective. They said “Oui”. This is a collection of French Modders who operate as a form of Co-op. You can have a look at their wares at Animodz, Créavap, Mod in France, Vape Prod and Vape Tools. They will form part of our modders area a along with others from the UK and Europe. We hope it will be a perfect place for you to view some of the innovation that goes on in the world of mod making.

To me it sounds like a problem with the cable. The one that comes with the Cloupor is über cheap and so flimsy that I wouldn't place any faith in it. I use the cable that came with my Kindle for charging my Cloupor. It works extremely well, both for charging and as a pass-through – I'm using it right now from the USB port on my MacBook.
The Cloupor is a fine piece of hardware, but its keen price is evident in the quality of the secondary, supplimental items bundled with the unit – I'm looking at you cheap flimsy charging cable!

...`freebies` for being first 100 in the queue.(previous years custom)... That's not the case this year. Freebies will be staggered throughout the festival - often when you least expect it.
