I had a crap day. Nfl fantasy teams are all losing but hopefully manning can put some points on the board in the 4th qtr ro save one. Chelsea going above Liverpool only on GD. Had a bet on the Italian and Norwegian matches and lost. Banging headache because I butted the cupboard door that was left opened after I drop something. Thank f*** the days nearly over. Glad you all had a great day. Kev's day is what I am wishing for next sunday Ouch re: cupboard door, hope it calms down soon mate. Suarez, utter twonk of a man though he may be, looks even better this season than last. You're in for a good season. |

MOTD2 certainly is on, shame about Chelsea winning but I can live with it (I'm a spurs fan and we also won), and I intend to vape in bed while watching it! I'd NEVER do that with a ciggie, even in the days when I lived on my own! What's not to like eh... Sound like you had a great Sunday millerkev - did you win at poker or was the taking part enough? Black Gold is very nice too if you haven't tried it I tried just a splash of this today (12 days steeping) and it's coming on great. I think I might really like this one. Black Gold has an added bonus. Whenever I vape it people comment on how nice the house smells |

The only reason the clones can be sold at all is due to the laughable state of Chinese patents law. If you download a Pirated movie both you and the original uploader have broken the law. Try branding your own Panasonic or Sony Electrical item and see if you get away with it. The original OP was making a very good point, and sooner or later the law will see to it that his point is addressed. Jag. (Chinese patented goods are like Chinese crackers, you just don't know what is inside until you open them ....) The OP sounds all of 11 years old. Pirating movies is theft and is illegal. Producing hardware that's similar to big name products isn't unless you are stealing brand names. You can't get your head around copycats which is not the same as stealing. People have been copying Sony products for years and they get away with it because they don't 'brand' them but it's obvious to everyone what they are. TV's, DVD players, Bluray players and yes e cig products if you don't use the brand name you're not stealing anything. Everyone knows what they are and they live or die by their reputation on the market place. |

If you're such a 'nice guy' as you keep going to great pains to point out why did you start a thread saying you found the best juice in the world but refused to share it with anyone until you had secured more or less the entire supply for yourself?
You're full of it mate. What is and isn't legal will not be decided by you and like I said, if you're going to accuse makers of clones of theft you sure as hell better do the same thing to the big brand names you're defending who stole all their ideas from inferior products to start with. Good luck hunting down all the criminals I hope you have a lot of time on your hands.

What an interesting thread. I think the OP makes a very good point, and there is no doubt that the "Clones" and "Knock Off's" drag the industry down. No point in my going into detail here, because the whole "Clone" issue can be viewed historically. Piracy, in any form, is just that. As China grows as an industrial nation it's business peers will soon see to it that their patents laws are tightened up. At the moment, we have the ridiculous situation where both the Originals and the Clones are made in the same factories! That has been happening for years. When they get around to seeing how much they are cutting their own throats they will put a stop to it. Not long ago, on Janty's main site, there was a paragraph where they stated they were proud their products were being imitated because it showed how popular they are. A little naïve methinks ................ Jag. (Legislation will come .....) I don't see how they're breaking the law unless they name their products after the ones they're emulating. Bear in mind the non-clone products are themselves a rip-off of several ideas that were started by someone else, they're just improving on them. Ergo, the clones are improving on the rip-off prices the name brands impose on their customers. Cloning and a stunning lack of originality is not new. Have you never seen the X Factor? |

Yep you need loads of VG. I have found even the 50/50 liquids I have produce lots of smoke. The trick is just to draw for about three seconds maybe four then hold it in your mouth and blow it out slowly.
You don't really want to inhale it at all. That's my experience anyway...
