I knew that USA had draconian vaping laws but up until recently I hadn't been aware of Australia's issues -- mostly because the ideal didn't fit in with my expectation of laid back Aussie life, I'm still a bit shocked over it! thanks for bringing it to our attention

I have family there, hence me being curious (and after seeing a world map showing vaping) plus my daughters best friend is emigrating soon and if she visits I'll have to pre-warn her as she vapes too!

ditto, I mentally label all my mods with built in batteries as 'throwaway' and expect around a year of battery life from them. I now own 2 MVP pro's and my daughter has an MVP3 and I do love them as they are hardy, rugged and faff free. Mine went to vapefest with me and for long journeys and if I'm ever unsure of charging facilities they are my go to mod. Combined with alcohol I choose them too... as I don't need temperature control, I just need guaranteed watts and no hassle when I'm half cut. My daughter took hers to Vfest and dropped it in the mosh pit  she's got some brutal bruises from being trampled on but her MVP survived a stampede and hog mudbath! |

Good Morning DaveJ welcome to AAEC and how lovely that you've signed up and introduced yourself - great to meet you  we're an eclectic bunch here, as you probably know and all types of vapers! I still happen to run with some carto tanks and use rebuildable cartos as I like teh vape from them and my favourite gear is my rev3 billet box but my downfall is drip-tips ..... love the acrylics so have a rainbow collection  I hear that vaping rules are quite strict in Australia, how is it really for you over there? |

Ah! glad that fixed that problem for you  the forum was invaluable for me when I first quit, everyone gave me so much support, mind you its still the first place I come when I have any vape issues even 3 years on |

Your post felt like what I would have written about myself! I was so hard core, ditto ditto and additional ditto! I've lowered too, but over almost 3 years  I could probably stop, but I'm not sure I want to yet? I have accidentally vaped almost zero nicotine and not realised at the time so I'm sure I don't need nicotine like I HAD TO smoke but I do like the hand to mouth habit and its that I would miss.. When I'm busy I don't think to vape - whereas I'd stop and smoke without fail before! I think vaping is probably fairly harmless so I want to continue as I enjoy it, same with occasional drinking - you have to have some pleasures in life! As for cutting down/quitting, that's what most people who vape wish to do, escape smoking and use vaping as a cessation aid. Its a means to an end. |

I've a 250ml bottle of Blue Custard steeping, its two months old and I'm still plodding happily through 100ml of same age so I'm hoping the big bottle will get half a year old and be even better  Oddly enough I didn't get on too well with CLC as there's something in them that my taste-buds convert to sour milk/yogurt. I haven't pinned down which flavouring in the recipe I don't like but it did leave me fearful of custards for a while I'm fine with Kreeds and Jury's and they both use Capella so its not that  there's a hint of it in Welsh Custard but I quite like that mixed 50/50 with Chefs Doughnut King (because without a dilute I get full on playdoh  ) Like I said, my sense of taste is odd |

Its here on e-liquid recipies. I think the one shot I'm on at the moment uses TPA vanilla custard as I bought it as a one shot from Chefs (not there now) I like quite a few from Chefs one shots range, the uni milk, DOH nuts, nana cream, lemon drizzle cake are particular favourites of mine God I LOVE a good one shot blend takes all teh hassle away |

I really like my isubs, as you mention for ease of re-wicking and coil life, but I wasn't as keen on the apex tanks, I thought they were 'dry'  I dont know if it was Innokin's design but I just got 'dry' and after testing same juice in isub s tanks (where it was fine) I came to blame the apex airflow... it could just be me though? did anyone else feel this or am I just a freak |

The one I enjoy most (DIY based) is Blue Custard, I don't get any blueberry from it though? - just caramel custard but i'm just grateful I enjoy it and that's one of the few juices that holds its flavour from me.... I can tell when I need to dry burn and re-wick as I can pick up the nuances of smokiness, which seems to be every 3rd tank though! I think I have a one shot of Toms doughnut, its the doughnut boss and I get too much peanut butter, oddly enough I like peanut butter sandwiches but dont seem to like it in eliquid?  but I'm going to blend up his doughnut custard as it does sound appealing |
