ECCA has been approached by The Times newspaper to help out with a 16 page supplement to be included in a future issue of the paper. The supplement is going to be about e-cigs So ECCA would like your help. What would you like to see in this supplement? A few suggestions I came up with... User reviews ? Mini e-cigs ? Moving onto bigger e-cigs ? Feature on the Internet community? Pros/cons compared to prescribed NRT ? Whats the point to World Vaping Day? All of the above? Why couldn't we think of a better name than vaping ? lol Did you think e-cigs would actually work? If anyone would like to email suggestions or articles directly to Rolygate at ECCA please contact him on secretary@eccauk.org I'd much rather we did it here though So what's your story? What would you liked to of known before you picked up your first e-cig ?

Glad to hear your mum getting along well with her set up As for yours, did you get a drip tip included in the parcel ? You put these on the end of the cartomiser and it helps a lot with keeping the lips away from heating metal cartos If you did, simply remove the white bung as if you were going to fill the carto and insert that instead. If not they are normally only a £1 or 2, maybe get one to try before you consign them to the never again drawer. There are Stardusts (the link you gave the same thing just different vendors call them different names), a lot of people are raving about them but I havent tried them yet.

No you shouldn't have to join UKV to join ECCA Blue. Theres some kind of problem with the registration process and that's where Sam made the post. I'm waiting for Sam to get back to me and I'll let you know what's what when he does

Not sure how old the children of your family are but a few ideas.... Sponsored space hopper mile, Sponsored hill climb, Sponsored pyjama walk, Kart race (the type where everyone makes a kart then winner is the first to cross the finish line. Is it soap box derby ??) Tallest sunflower competition (all the kids get sponsored per 20cm's or something, would prob take a while to collect sponsor money lol but could maybe get the neighbour hood schools involved. Or tomatoes, £1 per tomato grown), Sponsored dog walk (could be combined with a hill walk), Board game challenge, to complete the most (start to finish) games in 1 hour (snakes and ladders, monopoly, draughts, tiddly winks etc) For Adults ... Wine tasting event, wines donated and pay an entry fee kinda thing Usual absail, parachute jump, wing walk stuff Male waxing, Slave auction, Poker evening, It's gone 3.30 am, these ideas prob suck lol sorry
