Right, first up from Mom + Pops -
Tobacco Praze. 80/20 pg/vg @ 14mg.
Device used: Igo-L on an SVD/single coil @ 2ohms/9.5w.
I'm hoping to do a few more of these when I get round to it, as I've got more concentrates than a person with a lot of, concentrates. All from many different suppliers.
Mom + Pops recommend you use between 15-20%: I tried a 5ml sample (steeped for a week) at 10% flavour - strap back! I may as well of been vaping an empty bag of nothing. Virtually no taste, what so ever. Maybe, a slight taste of nuts.
Second go was, a 5ml sample at 20% flavour - steeped for 5 days. Opening the bottle,you get a reet' wif' of......NUTS!
. Obviously, taste is ''subjective'' blah blah blah...but, I love nutty coffee's, nuts with fruit/cream /chocolate...etc...., but, I can't stand the taste of overpowering nuts, in my tobacco.
The description given for Tobacco Praze, is, ''if you liked tobacco Haze, then you are going to love this'' - The description for Tobacco Haze, is, ''Great tobacco taste with a sweet something added (but we're not telling)''.....So that narrows it down then.
Anyway, back to the review. On the inhale - I got quite a warm and smooth with a slight tobacco'ish, taste in my mouth...seemed promising....TH was pretty good, probably, just about right for me. Vapour production was excellent, really. For an 80/20 juice, anyway. On the exhale - For me, I really hated it. It was pretty disgusting, actually. I couldn't detect any tobacco. Just nuts. Hazelnut/walnut/roasted nuts, maybe some sort of sweetness to it, too. The after taste wasn't very pleasant, either. I actually robbed my young uns' cherry cola, to get rid of the taste. I'm not totally giving up on it, though. I will try some at 15% to give it a 'stay of execution' - and whack a bit of menthol in this one@20%.

Virginia fine cured.
Same set up as before (see above). Used at 15% Flav@ 12mg - 80/20 pg/vg.
The description given is:''This will bring you back to Virginia's tobacco history with it's unique fire cured taste. Mixed perfectly for a smokers pallet. This is woody, smokey and sweet''.
On the inhale, again, quite a nice warm/smooth (and more tobacco this time) taste, in my mouth. Throat hit was nay too bad. Vapour production was OK but, nowt' special. Taste.....this is a peculiar one. Not sure if I like it, yet. There is defiantly a tobacco taste, with a slight smokeyness to it, but, there is some kind of sweet/cream note in there, too. Defiantly not sweetener or Ethyl Maltol. Something sweet'ish/creamy in there thats for sure. There is something keeping me interested in this juice, though. I'm going to give this one time to see if it grows on me, but, I feel a lot more hopeful with this one, as opposed to the Tobacco Praze. Having a few more toots on the Virginia fine cured, and exhaling through my snout...yeah...this is growing on me:). Could be a keeper.

Anyway, if you are thinking of trying these concentrates, don't let my reviews put you off, as taste is ''sub.....'' which is so true. I was going to stick a link up where you can get them, but, I'm not sure thats allowed? Not difficult to get hold of, though.
I've got a couple of bottles of Mom + Pops 'American blend' to have a dabble with , so, I will probably edit this post with a review.

I'm not sure how long this has been steeping, because, like a numpty - I forgot to write the date on the bottle. Pretty sure its 7/8 days, though.
I used a JV VV battery @3.8v and a 1.8ohm cartomizer. Dropped in 20 drops and let it sit for a few hours.
It is suggested that, this is mixed at 15-20% - I used 20%. PG/VG 70/30 12mg.
The description for this juice is: This is the tobacco flavour you have been looking for. Very strong, excellent throat hit. This juice sits right on the edge of being almost too much throat/chest hit but doesn't overdo it. It tastes just like you would expect tobacco to taste, just a little woody, a little caramel, nothing too overpowering. Just plain yummy. Contains a small amount of liquorice.
Bold claims, IMO.
I have to say, this is a bit of a dark horse and a big orse' at that!
My 1st impression of this juice, after 7ish days in the cupboard was, that from the colour of it ( pale yellow ) - it would be nowt' special. Also, after a quick sniff - all I got was a faint smell of either aniseed or liquorice. You know the old saying ''never judge a book by its cover''.....need I say more.
My first toke on this was pretty much, not bad. Smooth/warm'ish/ reasonable throat hit, an adequate taste of tobacco. The exhale produced a solid amount of vapour.
2nd toke...was a ''souped'' version of the first, then....f$£k me! this is where the 'dark horse' comes into it. I don't know if it was my taste buds saying to me ''oy...do you remember us'' but stroll on! this is pretty exquisite. Just noticed in the description which I copied and pasted, that ''it contains a small amount of liquorice'' - I don't know how M+P's managed this, but, during the exhale I get a beautiful gob full of what I can only describe as...expensive tobacco? its on the roof of my mouth, in my nose...on my tongue, it lingers for a few minutes. I'm not into aniseed/ or sweet type flavours with my tobaccos, but with this juice, after your taste buds have flirted with an exceptional taste of tobacco, for a few minutes, you get a very small hint of liquorice on the end of your tongue. It actually made me laugh, because, every exhale is the same. No liquorice on the inhale and doesn't mess up that mighty fine tobacco, then it just pops in at the end to say

Now, I have only been vaping since 25th sept 2013 -although tried many juices and I can honestly say, there's only 3 or 4 juices that have made the hairs stand up on the back of my neck ( a few recipes off here to name a few) I don't know if it was luck or Mom+Pops mean't for this juice to work this way, but....however they meant it to work, its genius. I'm going to do a group buy with mi' dog and get some more of this.
It might not be the most coherent, of reviews...but just writing it as I see it.
