Was in Boots today looking for some organic cotton balls and spotted the "Botanics" 100% pure organic cotton pads and thought i would have a closer look at home.

Well they come apart nice to leave a thin pad that can be rolled up and cut to size, because its a pad it holds its shape pretty good and is easy to pull through a tight coil.

So i had my first succes with my kayfun lite with them today, wick good, no dry hits so far, and taste is great! though iam being quite careful and not taking long draws yet and not upped the power too much.

Will test further and see how they go, but thought it was worth a post.

I cant find a pic of them anywhere or i would post a link, but they are there next to the other cotton wool balls.

So got the kayfun Lite Clone thursday and since then its been a roller-coaster ride of ups and downs, but never reaching any great heights of flavour and vapour, i know the problem is prob my end and its driving me nuts..lol

Watched most of the vids and read the very good posts here about coils, wicks and stuff, i can get it working no problem, just for me it seems to not be giving me the flavour or vapour of either my pro tanks or iclear30s's.

My Coils and wicks-

Tried 3mm Eko wool and 20 nichrome wire at 2.2, 1.9 and 1.5 ohms(just straight over the hole and down the sides) ...tried the bunny ears but it seemed to block up and crowd the coil.

Tried 2mm and 20 at various ohms, bunny ears, S shape, 3 folds but still feels muted and not enough vapour.

The draw feels tight, if i draw normal it seem to not do enough and i get a small amount of flavour and little vapour, if i draw hard i get a gurgle and feels like im flooding the coil.

Apart from that im no leaking at all and love the quality of the build, its just i know im not getting the best out of it.

Any ideas?

Cheers Griff, any idea of the build quality? some of them look very cheap, though maybe its just the official Kayfun is over priced..lol

Well, it kinda squirted.
If i ever was to try sniffing jet fuel, i think that would be the general sensation.

6ml Waffle + 2ml Cinnamon + 2ml Vanilla...NOM NOM NOM.

Waffle and Cheescake are my favs so far, the Cinnamon is a bit too strong to vape on its own but as a flavouring, it works very well for me, sort of like sprinkles on a cake.

Anyone tried their juices? thinking of getting a couple of 10ml testers.

Was supposed to wait till Monday to start trying my testers from JJ, but i couldn't stop myself!

Just popped open the cheese cake flavour, YUM! though im getting mostly the biscuit base and not much cream, still very nice though. will leave half to steep for a few more days before trying again.

What's next?...hmmmm...im thinking the Irish Cream or Toffee.
