So got a replacement and after fighting it for a morning and 4 rebuilds later ive got a working Nextgen clone, thing is im underwhelmed with the result so far, im 99% sure its my fault, im still learning how to build gennies.
So any tips or ideas on why the flavour is lacking and im getting the odd dry-ish hit?
My build is...
200 mesh 18mm x 40mmm
.32mm 4/5 wraps
Comes out at .9 ohms

Not sure, looks like the 510 is press fit, was thinking it could be loose mesh inside somewhere, but it looks clear and cant seem to adjust the 510 or remove it.
I will take it to work and have a go there.

Short with no wire and just sitting on the atty.
Just the wire checked out at 1.1Ohm on my ubertoot, then swapped over to the nextgen and showing short.

Ok so this is my first genie atty so i knew the would be a learning curve but its kicking my arse.
All im getting when i try anything is shorting, even if i put no mesh and just wire between the brass nut at the top and the positive screw in a test, it shorts out.
Any ideas?

TJ yes thats the same PG i have, though i havnt had a problem with other mixes, odd.

Made up a batch of a Mothers milk clone, 5mg, 70vg 30pg and steeped for over 3 weeks now. The flavor is good but im getting a real dry taste from the vapour, hard to explain but its spoiling it for me, any ideas what it could be and what to do about it? Hi all, my Mrs is going away with our daughter for 10 days to Majorca at the weekend and is worried about taking her Istick and juice with her through the airport on the plane, and is thinking about buying some of the crap cigalikes to take instead.
