Thanks all . I have not tried cotton wool wicks yet. Maybe a trip to boots ( or a rumage in my wifes draws ) is in order. The Kayfun or versions of it seems to have a lot of fans here. I will look at that. Richard I used boots cotton wool and thought there was a funny taste... not sure if true for sure but may have bleach on it. Best to use organic wool, boot had some organic makeup remover pads which I used for a bit... bit of a PITA to get the wool out though and false economy really..... can buy on amazon, which is what I've done now, postage costs are as much as wool from memory but 1 bag will last you years! Much easier to make tidy coil, place in device then put cotton wool through than using other wickes... and can just change wool every few days, great for dripping and can dryburn in between. |

I'm usually up till minimum 12 but can be 4am before I nodd off.
Get up at 7am ish.
Some nights I don't even sleep but wrecks me day after.
Definetly more of an evening/night person and would sleep more if could in day.
Does get lonely on this forum after 1am ish lol.

Nice find alansi. Just put numbers in for what I normally do and pretty close.....though I use my MVP as ohm meter so may be not measuring quite right. Good to know what I need to do ball park for desired ohms. EDIT: p.s. it works under wine in linux too in case anyone is wondering, well ain't crashed yet anyhow! |

You're right keepitgoin the figures don't lie. It's the shape that puts me off but it offers much better longevity that the ego options. I've got a horrible feeling I'm going to end up getting an MVP in the long run anyway so perhaps it would be better to bite the bullet and get one now. The MVP ain't as big as I thought it was pre buying.. see if you can find a shop nearby that has one if you can. It is bit shorter than what I was using before it, a vision spinner 1300mah, and classier/better built. Though I've got 1st stage shinyistus so it gets less use now it is is still the one I would not sell/trade. |
