Hi,
Getting fed up of pulsing my coils and compressing with tweezers... usually ends up with last bit of wire leaving coil and often with me miss shaping coil and having to realign with drill bit and start again!
So thought I'd have a look on ebay for blowtorches but unsure what is ok.
Guessing handy looking ones for melting suger etc in cooking ain't gona be precise or hot enough?
I want one that stands up on its own and self ignites/switches off, preferably not to big and refillable with lighter fluid I guess?... any suggestions?

Went on sale somewhere else I read other day..... and went out of stock almost immediately!

Just to confirm.. they've written the article a day early, Wtf? That's correct - written one day BEFORE the vote, 1. Do they have a crystal ball? 2. Has time travel been invented by the EU? 3. Is the author just being presumptious? NO They have once again "done the deal" behind closed doors PRIOR TO THE VOTE and somehow this email has been leaked exposing the complete farce that is supposed to be a democratice vote. That coil buddy is on the to get list . Finally got the single coil perfect , four complete wraps and reading 1.4 ohm and vapes perfect . Never relised the flavours would taste so clearer . If i attempt a double coil would each coil need to be 8 wraps ? Or is there really not much point double coiling it ? To be honest, I'm not sure...Think your calculations sound about right though. If I were you I'd use it for a bit until you fancy having a mess about as it works for you as is anyhow. I've literally spent hours trying to create a coil setup that I've seen on youtube only to be non fussed by the results and go back to my normal setup which works! As I said earlier I think, be careful with the threads when tightening down wire, I knackered mine. Still not sure if they were faulty/or weak, I cross threaded the screw or it was the ribbon wire I was trying to use getting into thread that caused it but never been the same since! My other two drippers have no such problems with threads, but maybe because I've been more cautious with them, I've only been coiling 1 1/2 months be the way so no pro. It is fun once you get the knack of it. And your right about the flavours... I've still got protanks on standby but not used in I don't know how long! |
