Hi there, my name is Rory and I work for JAC Vapour. I used to own this device and I found the same issue with certain tanks and RDAs. Unfortunately this is just the way the device is built, but in my experience it only happened with tanks and RDAs that had longer 510 connectors or protruding firing pins. I personally recommend that you give a tank with a shorter 510 connector and this should resolve the issue. I hope this has been of some help to you, but if you do have any more queries or questions about the device, please feel free to ask.

I am happy to announce our new SERIES-B DNA 75w, fitted with Evolv's DNA 75 chip. This is the first device designed in the UK to be fitted with the chip, it is also the smallest 18650, DNA 75 device out there, measuring in at 88mm x 22mm x 35mm with an easy to view 0.91" OLED screen. For the first time, we here at JAC Vapour have taken a dive into the world of temperature control, with a full 75w available and a maximum temperature of 600 degrees Fahrenheit. With that being said, we've also stayed true to our roots, packing all of these new features into a truly stylish device, with great reliability and no compromises made on quality. We kept performance and ease of use foremost in our minds when designing the SERIES-B DNA 75w, with the additional benefit of being available to those who previously saw DNA box mods as being unaffordable. The SERIES-B DNA 75w goes on general sale, both online and in stores, towards the end of March for £79.99. It also comes with a 6 month warranty on both the device, and the chip. Pre-orders of the device are also available at www.jacvapour.com/evolv-dna75

Hi there Andy, my name is Rory and I work for JAC Vapour. Up until the release of the TFV8, the TFV4 was my daily go-to tank. In my experience using the RBA deck there was initially a bit of a trial and error period, please don’t give up if the same happens to you, as once you get the knack for it, you never forget and its great when you get it working. The first piece of advice that I recommend is to start simple, there's nothing more frustrating than trying to install a build that you've put a lot of time and effort into, only to find that it doesn't fit, no matter how much you try, or the find that the build its self just doesn't agree with the tank. As for wicking, both inside the coils, and in the juice flow reservoirs, try to make sure your cotton is snug, but not too tight. Making it snug will prevent any kinds of leaks and will hold enough liquid for you to get a comfortable vape, but packing it too tight will restrict the amount of liquid required to soak the coil, causing dry or burnt hits. Also, I highly recommend threading the outer piece of the RBA before snipping your cotton down to size, this way you can always be assured of a perfect fit. I hope this has helped you with your ideas on wicking, if you need any more assistance or if you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Hi there, my name is Rory and I work for JAC Vapour. I can honestly say that I believe that the eleaf iPower has exactly what you are looking for. It has an astonishing 5000mAh battery life, and runs up to a very decent 80w. The device is also very lightweight for its size, so it isn't a pain to carry around on a day to day basis. We have stocked these over time and I have found, with use, that it is also much easier to navigate than a lot of other large devices, as you can switch between the various different modes that the device has to offer just by pressing one button. Another great upside to this device is the very cheap price compared to other devices in the same range, with prices generally set between £35-40. I hope this has helped you for future reference and if you have any other questions about the eleaf iPower, or any other devices in the same range, please feel free to ask.

Hi there, my name is Rory and I work for JAC Vapour, I have had a fair amount of experience with this mod and over time I have learned a few things.
Pros It is very simple to build on, the postless deck is simple and easy to use when it comes to installing coils. It is very cheap for what it is, as with most iJoy products, they set a very good price point for what you get in the box.
Cons compared to a lot of tube mods out there, this one isn't the hardest hitter by a long shot (but it is still very good for what you are paying) Wicking the RDTA compared to the regular RDA always come with a bit of a learning curve, but once you get the feel for it, you should still get an great vape.
As with all mech mods, please be sure to take the time to learn about battery safety, it can become very dangerous if you do otherwise. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Hi there Mark, my name is Rory and I work for JAC Vapour. We have stocked a range of Joyetech AiO devices over time so I have had a fair amount of time to give them a good looking through. The Ego AiO and the Ego AiO D22 we stored until the release of our SERIES-S. Both of which I can assure you, contain glass. Although removing the glass can be a nightmare especially for warranty purposes, they are generally cheap enough to replace the full device if such a situation was to occur. In saying that, the glass is very durable and well hidden, making breaking it a large amount of bad luck on its own. With the eVic AiO on the other hand, although the tank is still glass, if you remove the magnetic side panel, it is easy to pop the glass chamber straight out, if a break/crack should occur. I hope this has been of help to you Mark and please feel free to ask any further questions if you have any.

I've got around to re-wicking the Gille coil with my preferred rayon instead of cotton and I'm liking it very much. I took a few pics so that you could see the difference with the updated coil. Firstly with the used coil and old cotton removed.
Now with the coil cleaned in an ultrasonic bath and a light scrub with these handy brushes.
Then the new rayon wick inserted
Now a quick trip to the barbers for a trim
And finally ready to be fitted into the body.
For me the Rayon just gives it a cleaner taste and lets you differentiate the more subtle flavours in some mixes, though others will be very happy with their preferred brand and type of cotton. Good stuff. Excellent step by step there.
