My all day vape is hol cin cookie and your right with the coils gunking up big time, might give them ago The hol flavours are very good indeed, how does the truevape compare milomonkeyHouse of Liquid juices that I tried were Eden, King of Vapes and my very favourite one The Minotaur (red colour) Compared to the TrueVape I have to say TV wins when it comes to to the flavour and vapour production also price wise I think TrueVape is much better. In their Special section the bubblegum is amazing I would highly recommend it. I have some JooseJuice Bubblegum but it taste too chemical and no flavour at all as well as vapour production is awful. RipshodI don't know if they have a B&M... its probably just a online store. But always very quick delivery when it comes to ordering.

I'm glad you got it sorted. Still, quite a trip to visit the store. I bet they didn't refund your fares/petrol money? It was a trip! I live near bromley and normally I would of taken jubilee or hammersmith line to wembley park but they had engineering work going on so had to take bakerloo then take a bus.... too long but it was worth it. osdsetMy mom uses the Kbox but I had a chance to use it for a few days to test it myself. It is a very simple mod, the outside is all made from a solid piece of metal. Sort of form follow function design As to functionality... as I said simple 5 x push to on/off, one button to change the wattage in increments of 5 Watts. It also displays how much battery is left. Apart from the little fault I had with it I think it can be a good device. I still prefer my Smok bec pro ^^

So I been giving truevape liquid a go for the past 3 months and so far I have to say it's the best one I been vaping.
I always pick the 70/30 veg/po or 100 vg.
Flavours are stunning, bubblegum is my very favourite but autumn pear and caramel mackintosh are not too shabby either.
Clouds are big and they dont gunk the coils compared to the house of liquid juice where I had to change coils every 2-3 days.
If you haven't tried their liquid then give it a go

Just left the store with a new kboX. I explained what happened, they tested on themselves and grabbed a new box straight away And tested that one as well. I am happy with the result and there were no problems (shoots his Ak-47 in the air from happiness). I do hope things like this won't happen again and future customers won't have to go through any tough times with them. Thank you all for the input and support. Keep them clouds going

You just need to quote Kangertech's 3 month warranty on authentic kanger batteries, usb cables and chargers and point them to the official warranty statement on kangers own website, when i say reputable vendors i dont mean UKecigstore they often fall way short on policy and customer service, but good luck in your venture to get it replaced, they should do the decent thing if they have any kind of customer service and loyalty to their customers, BUT we are talking UKecigstore here I doubt that will make a blind bit of difference because it's not a battery, it has no USB port and does not have a charging module so that warranty wouldn't apply on this product. You should cite the 1979 sale of goods act. You really should be well covered by this as it covers you for goods that are dangerous or unsafe, which this item is. www.adviceguide.org.uk/england/consumer_e/consumer_common_problems_with_products_e/consumer_dangerous_or_unsafe_goods_e/if_goods_are_dangerous_or_unsafe.htmIf they don't address a dangerous product problem tell them you will report them to trading standards for selling dangerous goods as advised on the citizens advice website, nobody wants a trading standards report. It also covers you for faulty goods. www.adviceguide.org.uk/england/consumer_e/consumer_common_problems_with_products_e/faulty_goods_e/faulty_goods.htmAlso check the packaging the kbox came in to see if there is some warranty information on it. good call the only thing I can notice that ukecigstore could defend themselves is the following from sales of goods act: -the goods have lasted for as long as could reasonably be expected. on ukecigstore website warranty section for variable voltage mods they state: These items come with a one month guarantee and have a life expectancy of 3-6 months. This does not affect your statutory rights. The guarantee covers any manufacturer defects and covers any repairs, or replacements, if deemed to be faulty or beyond repair. If the product has been damaged in any way by the customer we reserve the right to refuse a refund or return

I will give them a visit tomorrow and ask to speak with the manager. I am not planning to leave until they give me either an exchange, refund or fix it. Its not the first time they tried to runaway from a product I bought from them using some pitiful warranty excuse Silly question maybe but have you checked the Authenticity of the KBOX to be sure you have a legit one, here qr.szkanger.com/check/ also Kanger recommend vendors to apply 3 month warranty on Authentic Kangertech Batteries and usb cables/chargers www.kangeronline.com/blogs/faq/9646475-warranty-returns This is where reputable vendors would buy their stock from I have checked the authenticity just now and its genuine. Are you saying I have a 3 months warranty on this product?

So my bad luck with Box mods seems to continue.
On 1st of March I purchased the Kangertech Kbox mod from UkEcigstore for my mother following an unfortunate experience with SMOK XPro M60.
What has happened to the mod is that my mother told me that the clearomizer has started up heating up on its own. She explained that she did not do anything, it happened just like that.
I did not believe it at first but I decided to test it for a day at what do you know it started happening to me as well.
What happens is that when the cleromizer is screwed on the mod appears to be putting the power through on its own. the button is not pushed it or stuck. No lights coming on, the only thing that happens is the clearomizer heating up.
There is no leaking from the clearomizer, the mod had not been dropped.
I am attaching a video to show you the problem (just listen to the noise it starts making once the cleromizer is screwed on and note the button is not pressed):
However this is one problem, the other is the store I bought it from. They did mention to keep the receipt in case if anything happens. I do have the receipt but they did also mention 1 month warranty. I can already see them putting out excuses to avoid helping me out. although its only been 1 month and 10 days
I will give them a call tomorrow or even give them a visit but I honestly start questioning my luck with these electronic mods.
I did not had nay of that problem with myepack, previous mod was faulty and they happily had it refunded and because my mother was doing so well not smoking anymore I really did not want to deprive her of not having the ecig so I rushed to Wembley to buy her a new mod.
What do you think I should do now? Go and beg for a refund? open it up and perhaps fix it myself if refund wont work? Any other mods I should get?

Unfortunately I had to return the Smok XPro due to wattage drop problem.
I was looking for a replacement and I am considering the ISTICK 50W. Would that be a good mod to go for? also I hate to ask but.... Did anyone ever hear any problem with it like wattage drop?

So I have discussed the matter with myepack guys and they are happy to refund the device. However now I need to get a new mod and I would rather avoid the XPro Box mods from SMOK just to be sure.
