Are they (do they have to be ?) protected or safer chemistry (IMR) for use in 26650 mech mods ?

Just got one ( the Hot version) but the spring is not secured to the end cap on mine.
Are they meant to be, as can't see any means of securing it eg no threading.
Are they just meant to sit (loose) in the 'well' of the end cap ?

Their headline prices are somewhat misleading.
Some are shown inc. VAT and others are shown ex. VAT.
The ''Vamo'' is actually £26.40 and the 134 is £90.
Naughty.
