Hi Baking I know you asked Chrissie, but the type of drip trip is pretty much personal preference. Some people prefer the feel of plastic rather than metal (some also bite on the tips - which is not so nice with the metal ones). They all do a pretty similar job.  Hey Jason! Have you tried a drip tip yet Baking? Hiya Chrissie, sorry for the late reply. I have ordered the drip tip but....the supplier forgotten to include it in my order  What's the difference between the plastic, metal, aluminium etc? Too many choices just confuses newbies  |

Hey Rog welcome to the forum. I started vapping last week and I'm using a Riva as well. So far so good. I am enjoying the experience. Yes Jason does provide excellent efficient service. I think I need to spend more money to get bigger freebies from him lol  |

Hey Jemima Has been an exciting journey hun! Day 1 - Took the Riva with me to work. A bit nervous I have to admit as personally I have never seen anyone vapping in London... I am liking the taste & feel but noticed there's not enough smoke / vapour coming out which is probably because I was vapping outdoors by the river - sorta windy then. So felt a bit blehhh by it. Day 2 - Getting frustrated as there's still that lack of 'smoke' issue but, one of the kind guys here told me to drip a few drops of juice directly on the atty and voila! Sorted MUCH happier now. Even went out to see some friends and openly vapping away  Day 3 - Realised that I don't quite like the look of the cone on RIVA so have removed it. Not sure if performance is affected by doing that or not...but I noticed there's a slight hissing sound when I vape lol. All in all, I am like a kid with a new toy. Been busy trying out the Griz's pick & mix juice.... Caught myself keep sniffing the carts as it smell sooooooo good hehehe I am loving this vapping adventure but more importantly no more analogue or that rank smell! How about yourself? |

I fill the cart this morning before leaving to work but by noon there is no more vapor coming out ??? Admittedly it's a bit windy outside the office being by the river and all that....or maybe I am not inhaling strong enough....  |

Hello everyone another newbie here. I just got to know about e cigs on Monday! Was surfing the net looking for cigarettes that smells nice. No chance right lol. A wee bit of my background here. I have been smoking for 20 years on & off, around 4-6 per day & slightly more if I go out. I started with Marlboro Lights initially but these past few years ended with either Richmond Menthol or Consulate. There are lots of times where I just go without fags (a few weeks or months in a stretch) because I just don't feel like it or had enough with the smell that lingers on my hair & clothing but, I always go back because I miss that wind down relaxing feeling whilst puffing away if you see what I mean. So now that I have discovered the world of e-cigs, I feel like I am adventuring into a new confusing yet exciting world Anyway after reading the forum, I got myself a Riva 510 with free Caramel juice which arrived yesterday. After doing all those charging business, today is my official first vapping day, yay!!! So here's what I think. I love the smell bit. It so lovely! The only problem I had with fags was the smell so now, that's all sorted Size wise - I am ok with the whole thing. At nearly 14cm length x 1.5cm width it does makes me feel like I am smoking a cigar. Very mafia like in my head lol. I am not sure about the tip (carts?) bit. Feels a bit weird but probably because it's plastic hard unlike fags. Flavour wise...now this is the puzzling bit. It can either be caramel is not really my thing or I just need to get used to vapping. It just doesn't make me go whoaaaaaaaaaa this is it! I am not comfortable at mixing my own juice yet, it's only been a few hours hehe. I have ordered the Grizwald's pick n mix from Jason. Should be arriving today & I am more than excited about it. I think I should widen my horizons by trying out more to find the one (or the collections lol) and the best way to do this is by buying small samples right? So is there any places that sells collection/set with great if not good taste & smell and decently priced please? I am still a bit confused when it come to juices as I am unsure if if I needed to mix it with something else first or do I just tip it into the carts and vape away. Also those juices from China....any of you guys buy from them? Are they worth it? Oh I have so many questions but I just noticed the time & I am going to be late for work! Oppssss lol.
