Hello everyone another newbie here. I just got to know about e cigs on Monday! Was surfing the net looking for cigarettes that smells nice. No chance right lol. A wee bit of my background here. I have been smoking for 20 years on & off, around 4-6 per day & slightly more if I go out. I started with Marlboro Lights initially but these past few years ended with either Richmond Menthol or Consulate. There are lots of times where I just go without fags (a few weeks or months in a stretch) because I just don't feel like it or had enough with the smell that lingers on my hair & clothing but, I always go back because I miss that wind down relaxing feeling whilst puffing away if you see what I mean. So now that I have discovered the world of e-cigs, I feel like I am adventuring into a new confusing yet exciting world

Anyway after reading the forum, I got myself a Riva 510 with free Caramel juice which arrived yesterday. After doing all those charging business, today is my official first vapping day, yay!!! So here's what I think. I love the smell bit. It so lovely! The only problem I had with fags was the smell so now, that's all sorted Size wise - I am ok with the whole thing. At nearly 14cm length x 1.5cm width it does makes me feel like I am smoking a cigar. Very mafia like in my head lol. I am not sure about the tip (carts?) bit. Feels a bit weird but probably because it's plastic hard unlike fags. Flavour wise...now this is the puzzling bit. It can either be caramel is not really my thing or I just need to get used to vapping. It just doesn't make me go whoaaaaaaaaaa this is it! I am not comfortable at mixing my own juice yet, it's only been a few hours hehe. I have ordered the Grizwald's pick n mix from Jason. Should be arriving today & I am more than excited about it. I think I should widen my horizons by trying out more to find the one (or the collections lol) and the best way to do this is by buying small samples right? So is there any places that sells collection/set with great if not good taste & smell and decently priced please? I am still a bit confused when it come to juices as I am unsure if if I needed to mix it with something else first or do I just tip it into the carts and vape away. Also those juices from China....any of you guys buy from them? Are they worth it? Oh I have so many questions but I just noticed the time & I am going to be late for work! Oppssss lol. Hi Baking and welcome

The liquids you get should all be 'ready to vape' unless you specifically buy 'concentrates', which are used to make your own e-liquids.

Just add them to you cartridge a few drops at a time and you should be fine (it does take more drops when first filling your cartridge, but then just a few at a time to top it up).

If you have any strong flavours, try to use separate cartridges for them.

Most suppliers do small sample sizes, so it's worth experimenting to find your favourites and you will find that as your taste buds change, so will your preferred flavours, so don't throw any away that you may not like at first.

Sounds like you are doing really well so far I've bought juices direct from China in the past. They where OK, but I prefer Paradise vapes juices. Not tried Griz's juices from Jason - yet

HAHAHA River! You are probably right actually. As it is I am already expecting a delivery from Jason.

I fill the cart this morning before leaving to work but by noon there is no more vapor coming out ??? Admittedly it's a bit windy outside the office being by the river and all that....or maybe I am not inhaling strong enough....
