Ok, so the prices are not so cheap, their business practices are questionable at best, and they threatened AAEC admin. Three good reasons to stay away IMO.
I'm sorry for creating a thread about them, but I was genuinely curious about the vamo and didn't know about the legal threats.

I'm not really in the market for a vamo at the moment, I was just browsing vaping stuff and thought that it looked cheap for a UK vendor.

It looks like a vamo v2 to me, judging by the picture and description. I love how they wax lyrical about being able to change voltage mode in the first paragraph, and then tell you not to change voltage mode in the second paragraph. All in all it looks like someone who doesn't have a clue what they're selling They're £16 on fasttech with the aluminium body, so it's possible they've imported a load - £6 profit is a relatively tidy 37.5% gain per unit. Thanks ionian, I was just confused by the description! I suppose it isn't that cheap if compared to fasttech prices, but it's the cheapest price I've seen in the UK. They also have the Innokin 134 for £75, which is a good price considering a lot of UK vendors are charging about £100. But their descriptions are terrible!

The description is confusing - they call it a 'Vision VV mod' and an 'eGo APV' but if you look at the bottom of the description, they also refer to it as a Vamo. ??? Vamo?

There is no electronic device available that can cope with The kind of vaping I do, a DNA20 gets close but would still feel Like it was time to reach for a fresh battery. I do agree that mech mods have inthe main become a fashion statement, But still no need to be so prejudiced. If they are not your preference Then that's fine, but let the rest of us make our own choices please. I understand that there are good, functional reasons why some people prefer to use mech mods and I respect your freedom to buy whatever you want with your money, but I still don't understand why some mech mods have become so sought after and expensive. I guess that's partly because I prefer vv devices, which suit the kind of vaping I do and I've got nothing against people who spend hundreds of pounds on mechs....I just find it a bit puzzling!

Mods look terrible but you get a bit of extra battery power. If you're not worried about your batteries lasting a bit longer you don't need a mod. A mod is a battery inside a steel tube. Who ever thought that would be attractive? Well, nobody really, but there are increasingly desperate attempts out there to make them sound desirable. It's a battery in a steel tube. Don't be a fool and spend 200 quid on a battery inside a 'nice' steel tube. Just IMO. Like you, I wouldn't spend loads of money on mech mods. At least with vv devices, you're also getting electronics and various built in features for your money, but most mech mods are just metal tubes with contacts. There are many people who appreciate a hand made, engraved metal tube and will shell out big money for them, but they don't appeal to me enough for me to spend that much on them.

I've only started mixing my own juice recently so I'm still experimenting with flavours and haven't found an all day vape yet. But when it comes to pre-made juices, I've been vaping a lot of Twilight by Steamgunk....probably my favourite fruit flavour so far.

I just can't get on with box mods at all ??? The billet box excepted... I think it's just a matter of taste....I like box mods and don't really get on with anything that involves screwing tubes into other tubes, but my extreme clumsiness might have something to do with it! (one day, I will hunt down whoever invented reverse threaded locking mechanisms and cut his fingers, because that's what he repeatedly does to me!)

Welcome k8 all the best with the vaping. You and your sister have done the right thing. My husband loves your dad for inventing his coil buddy. Sooooo, what are you going to give to the vaping world? That's why Dad is so clever... means I don't need to be!! I may well put Dad in charge of concocting me the very best G&T flavoured juice though... wonder if he is up for the challenge!! If you're serious about the G&T flavour you should check out www.8bitvape.co.uk. They offer a custom service where you can choose the flavours that go into your juice, and their flavours include gin, soda and lime, which might just result in something close to what you're looking for! Also, I've heard that some people who mix their own juices use vodka to thin VG....maybe you could try using gin instead?!

If The Mod Destroyer changes his mind I would take it. As I said I was gonna swap my magneto then someone suggested why not have both lol So if your still selling then im your man Thanks for the offer Mark, but The Mod Destroyer (who is a she, by the way! ) has already paid for it, so I'm afraid that it's been sold.

I've never tried an energy drink flavour (doesn't really appeal to me) but I can definitely recommend Vapology for good prices, prompt delivery and a wide range of choices. If you do order from them, I'd advise selecting the 'double strength' option on custom e-liquid - you get much more of an intense flavour. It's best to steep their liquids for a couple of weeks before using them, because they're made to order.
