Menopace seems to be just vitamins and soy isaflavones ...? i did see something else mentioned....forget wot it is now tho pmsl ah.... Sepia from the Homoeopathic range in Boots for the flushes and sweats, and have noticed a difference in a matter of a few days i'll be trying that, then....lol |

Nah, i.m a nite owl Jerry, i'm always up till this time...unless im dayshift...then i make myself go to bed by12....think thats why i much prefer nightshift to dayshift, cos then i have to be up at 6am....the middle of the night to me....strange how folks are so different  |
