The show was good but (as with last week) they kept showing and talking about addiction and chemicals and the harm they do, but not once did they mention that e-cigs do NOT contain all the harmful cancer causing chemicals of standard tobacco cigarettes.

They were stood on a large chart printed on the floor showing all the different chemicals found in tobacco, I would have liked it if they showed a e-cig chemical chart for comparison.

I buy most of my flavours from these guys

So far this is what I've bought and my experience:

Mixed Fruit: Not bad, I vape it quite often but it does give you a 'cleaning product' type taste after a few days lol
Chocolate Orange: You can smell the chocolate and the orange but it doesn't taste like chocolate or orange, hardly used it.
Strawberry & Cream: Smells and tastes really nice and I've nearly used the whole bottle, it's not perfect but I like it.
Vanilla Cola: It smells like vanilla cola, it tastes like vanilla cola, by far the best flavour I've had from them so far and I love it.
Cotton Candy: haven't made my mind up about this one yet, it's very sweet and it kind of feels like all your teeth are going to fall out after each vape.
Banana Custard: This is fine, has mostly a banana taste but not much custard

That's all I've tried so far and will probably get more in the future but may avoid the blackjack judging by the feedback you guys have left on here about it.

That is a great deal and I had my eye on it for the last 3-4 days while trying to make up my mind where to buy nic base from that would give me the most for my money while spending as little as possible. In the end I went with a different vendor and bought 200ml 72mg for £22 + £3 P&P, I didn't want to spend that much but it means I don't have to buy nic for a good long while now

When I quit smoking and took up vaping I immediately started saving loads of money and I've been using it to pay off large bills so I don't really have funds to keep buying vape gear and supplies.

They should have a budget section on here where you can get stuff on the cheap especially for newbs like me lol.

Well I was hoping to get my t-juice order this morning but it didn't turn up, keeping my fingers crossed that it turns up tomorrow morning. Still I got my T3S and some vanilla cola flavouring from ebay this morning so it wasn't a total loss x

So you all agree to leave the lids on. That's good and how I've been doing it so I've been doing it the correct way

I will always take the advice of my vaping family (that's you) over random blogs and videos, you guys have the experience and know what you're doing.

I've read lots of forum posts,  blogs and watched loads of videos about mixing and steeping your own home made juices but the same question keeps coming up and I can't seem to find a definite answer on which is best/correct.

Leave the lid on .... or take the lid off

Some say taking the lid off is best to allow air to circulate,  but some say leaving it off can lose flavour in the mix.

Some say leaving it on is best to allow flavours to infuse,  but then some say no you have to leave it off in order to allow air in to it.

So my question is, in your opinion what is the best way to steep in order to achieve the best possible flavour?
