Right, lets try and sort you out.
Firstly, the cartridges that came supplied with your Riva are just standard 510 cartridges, they hold around 6-8 drops of e-liquid and will deteriorate as you use them. Some people wash the foam filling out now and again and some people replace it with the 'Fluval' fish filter foam that you can buy from pet shops. If you don't want to do either, you can buy them from me either empty for filling yourself

I would probably not bother with either and would stick with the Boge Cartomisers, which hold 3x as much as the standard cartridges - provided they are filled correctly. Watch the video for filling them on the Boge page of my site, here

I see you have added a Griz Whiz to your order - this can also be used to fill the Boge cartomisers as well as emptying them. To do this:
1. Place one of the plastic rubber 'condoms' over the battery end of the Boge Cartomiser leaving a gap to catch juice in it (don't push it up tight to the threads).
2. Take out the soft white cap of the Boge and drip 5-6 drops of e-liquid around the edge into the foam (not down the centre tube).
3. Drop the Boge into the Whiz, condom end first and spin the Whiz slowly about 10 times - this pushes the juice down to the battery end.
4. Repeat the above 4-5 times until the first couple of drops appear in the condom and you then have a fully filled cartomiser. It takes about 2 minutes in total.
5. To empty a cartomiser with the Whiz, you just spin it faster.
The Echomiser tips that you have ordered are no good for Boge Cartomisers - so I will replace them with a 510 drip tip, which slots in the cartomiser instead of the white soft cap that you pulled out previously.
As the flavour/vapour diminishes, just pull off the drip tip and drip 6-8 drops of e-liquid into the wadding, replace the drip tip and carry on vaping (this is called topping off or topping up).
The main thing with any cartomiser is to make sure that they are fully filled before first use and allowed to soak for a couple of hours if possible.
You asked about the dual coils and yes they will fit the Riva battery, but caution is advised because they are very low resistance and can damage some batteries or at least reduce their lifespan. They are filled by simple removing the white soft cap and dripping into the wadding allowing each 6-8 drops to soak in before adding more until they are full.
So with regards to the order you have placed I would:
Replace the Echomiser whistle tips with a standard 510 drip tip
Drop the Dual Coils and replace them with Boge Low Resistance Cartomisers (these are 2ohm and less likely to damage the battery) - they will give increased throat hit if that is what you are looking for
Cost wise it won't make any difference - I will just replace with the same value of each item.
