threnody,We are sorry about that,and we really had enough of the Sweden Post ,too. Only 3 or 4 record of it: 1."Order Shipment recorded" 2."departed from a sorting hub." 3."Local mail tracking" 4."Deliverd" It will have nothing between 3 and 4,what's more,it can't be tracked in the local mail system after 3. But please do believe that it will arrive.many customer emailed us about the shipment of Sweden Post,but they all received their parcels finally. And we changed to German Post about one month ago,after we found the problems of the Sweden Post ,and feedback of it is good. Please believe us that we are trying to improve all the time. Hope you can receive it soon. Many thanks for your quick reply! I really hope that my atomizer arrives soon. I still can't really understand why the package cannot be tracked in my local postal office's (Itella) site. They always record everything that they receive for delviery. If the package has arrived to Finland, like PostNord's page claims, Itella should have recorded the tracking ID already. I'm willing to wait till next week and if nothing happens, I'll have to open a dispute.

I have exactly the same problem as irjika. Something is really wrong with your shipments.. I ordered a Russian clone from VB at December 6th and it was despatched at December 12th. Next update at PostNord tracking page is from 24th December and it says that my package had been departed from a sorting hub. Last update at the tracking page is from January 3rd, "local mail tracking". But the problem is that the package hasn't arrived yet and there is no record of my package at our local postal service's database. It still gives me nothing. And the weirdest part is that two other guys from our "official" e-cig discussion forum have exactly the same problem! They both have ordered the same product almost at same day as me, but they haven't received their packages. Their PostNord tracking pages claim that the package is already in Finland, but our postal service hasn't received anything at all.
I hope that you really have some kind of soulution to this problem and please answer fast! I'm going to open a dispute at January 10th if nothing happens.
