Just got my Sailing Type Mechanical Mod with Adjustable Pins, put it together, and the battery is heating up for some reason, this is how I put it together, only thing I can think is the battery is the wrong way around, but I dont think it is? got the battery from a recommended UK ebay seller

Anything over £15 you pay VAT on and import tax, plus you have to pay the post office sometimes as much as £20 on top for admin, there's a few ways they can get around it, 1 by going via Germany, 2 by under declaring the price of the goods, 3 my saying its a sample, (if a sample your meant to send it back again to them) there's no concessions on gifts any more or personal items (I dont think)

The reason I ask is, VAT is so variable and they apply it to the most stupid reasons, if something is sold hot, VAT and cold, no VAT, eat in, add VAT, eat out, no VAT, some of the most craziest things come under the food label (or not) like spreads, butter or oil spreads, so this is a liquid, you ingest it? (kind of) so then why would you pay VAT on it (like a food almost, but not quite??))
That's why I ask, and no I dont eat it... but its not so stupid is it, you put it into your lungs, isn't that stranger than eating it???

Yea I am letting them steep.... I only tried a little bit of one after a week, I will give it another try next week and see if its stronger by then
