Lars' Smooth Morning Kick tastes pretty good to me as it is but I want more of a kick so I'm gradually increasing the Espresso Coffee and adding a little Caramel to the mix. And the tiny amounts of FlavourArt concentrates used means that it works out very, very cheap!

Thanks babs, I might try them for a Protank 2 v2 clone then if I decide to get one. I was thinking of getting an airflow base for my mini Protank, as that's a very tight draw. I see there's a v2 and v3 for the mini www.discountvapers.com/kanger-air-flow-control-valve-base-replacements/ and I presume the v3 works better. These reviews for the full-size Protank version aren't very flattering though, although the second two seem to be complaining more about the tanks than the airflow base! www.kangeronline.com/products/airflow-control-valveHas anyone used and would recommend them? Is there anywhere other than myepack that sells them and doesn't charge £3 shipping for a £3.99 part? I'd recommend you get yourself an up-to-date atomiser that just works out of the box rather than a year-old design that needs extra bits bolted on. Plus you'll have forgotten all about your Mini ProTanks within half an hour! And if you go for something like a Subtank Mini, I'll bet you'll be after a second or something else similar within a month!

I did think of looking at Fasttech but as I don't currently have a tank for the Cloupor, I didn't want to be waiting months for it to arrive, so decided I'd rather pay extra to get one in the UK. I might buy a couple of those silicone sleeves though, thanks for the tip. Most of the colours hurt my eyes but the black and red ones look OK If you get a Subtank Mini, drop me a PM with your address and I'll send you a set of black o-rings gratis. (I picked up a few sets as spares.)

I'm now up to 7 Erls and have a couple of spare mini chimneys plus pmma and glass (kayfun nano) tanks to keep them going for a while. And due to mistakenly ordering replacement glass tanks that don't fit the Erls, my next order will include a cheapo EK v2.

They 'discontinued' that one weeks (if not months) ago. Some of FT's cheaper ones ($14-15) still have a 510-compatible drip tip adapter but it's the other crown-style which doesn't look as neat to me. But, hey, it's still a fine atomiser for under a tenner.

We could really do with a tutorial / guide on how to use the Steam Engine coil calculator. Until then, maybe this will help explain the variables to banditruss and others starting out: Over on UKV somebody asked "How does the different resistance affect my vaping experience?" and Jobo answered:

There are two companies I know of which produce the purist nicotine. One with Offices based in Switzerland and other in Northern Ireland. I can vouch for this nicotine base being top quality and you will not buy better. It is nice to see vendors who are happy to supply Certificates of Analysis and have traceability for their products. I would have no hesitation in trusting the quality of piratesvapeuk nicotine base. There are actually three now and this base is from the new company. They have brand new multimillion pound factory/research facility in the North West which I am lucky enough to have been on a little tour around and I'm not exaggerating when I say it is a little like Willi Wonka's Vaping Factory crossed with Space 1999....... a SERIOUSLY impressive place! Ahhhh, clearly I got wrong end of stick. Never mind. As I have not checked this new company out I will have to withdraw my vouching. ooops! I can only guess about the new mystery nic supplier of whom you Speke.

Four different Creme Brulees plus some Black'n'blue to, erm, cleanse the palate between tastings. Later it'll be four different versions of Grandmaster...

I can find no difference in look or use of either compared to the originals, I can only think as mentioned elsewhere that these are actually genuine ( even has the hologram etc) Thanks for the write-up. Have you checked the authenticity code with Kanger?
