Yeah I've got the kayfun which is basically the same, it's much better than the protank flavour wise Clivia. Also the way I've got it set up it's really easy to change the wick too, so I don't have to buy new wick/coil parts all the time like I had to with the clearos and protanks. If you can be bothered making an effort with it at first it's well worth it.

Well not everyone who is in hospital against their will is ward-based. So they could go off premises to smoke. Personally I'd see it as counter productive to not let people go outside the buildings to smoke, to force them off-site completely, totally needless. Though equally I think it would be a mistake to see a return to the days of smoking rooms on the wards, for a number of reasons.

Legally, I'm not sure on the situation, though there are all kind of legal behaviours that aren't permitted on mental health wards

As for e-cigs they would be a great benefit to mental health service-users I think. More evidence and research would make it easier to promote this.

I'm not sure of current policies for the hospitals in my area as I don't work there anymore though.

Yeah it's a good idea if you have the skill I guess. Not that great at making things myself though, especially carving wood or anything like that
