Hi Lindsey and welcome to the forum, as for advice, I think Chrissie gave you some excellent advice and a couple of very good pointers for buying something to get you started.
Best o' Luck with vaping and please keep us posted on how you are doing (we all love to hear successful stories about people managing to switch to vaping).

The word 'forum' originates from the latin, which I take to understand as a 'place where ideas are discussed between people of various backgrounds and beliefs, albeit religious, political or otherwise, for the sole purpose of discourse on any subject, which finally leads to a settlement on that stated subject', now I have an opinion, Gordy has one and so too does Jerry......would it not be sad day (and a very boring one, lol) if we could all agree on any one thing ? I for one, relish the thought that Jerry is looking after my (our ?) interests in one direction, whilst Gordy is doing equally as much in another direction ! This is what I love about this forum, so many eyes watching the world, so many ears listening and so many mouths (and fingers, lol) relaying it all to us, thats why I am always here.......if I wanted tech info I would be at UKV (sorry Chrissie, no insult intended), but if I need to know whats going on in the real world I come here, to AAE-C ! (that and of course, the N team vs J team 'ridicule war' is getting quite good, lol) RSR

lol, u gotta luv em for trying, lol.
They are well aware of the long term risks to smokers of cigarettes BUT they still allow the sale of them !
The FDA are caught between the devil and the deep blue sea re: USA economy has taken a good thrashing, so much so that they borrowed heavily from the far east (China, India, Japan etc.) and are expected to pay this all back on time or they will lose quite a bit of the Federal Gold Reserve (which will further deplete the US economy), so the American tobacco industry is gonna be the main tax that supports the repayment program BUT if all available money (including that of smokers tax) goes out of the country to China (the biggest lender to the US) in the form of e-ciggies and sundry goods, how the hell are they gonna repay the loan ? lol. So what can they do ? That's right, slow the spending down by pulling the governing strings that control the FDA and slowing down the flood of money that is leaving their shores destined for China.
That, in a very simplistic way, is it, they (the US) have no money to fund the building of nicotine distilleries on US soil and are that 'short-sighted' that they care even less about the average smoking American citizen who's struggling to make ends meet in this global recession, well I say GLOBAL but really it's just us in the west that are suffering at all, both China, Indonesia & India's economy are flourishing to the point of excess, which reminds me of our economy, albeit a decade or so ago.

I only vape DK RY4 24-26mg PG mix from HC (apart from my own homebrew, that is) and I have NEVER once had a problem with it ? Never had to steep it or anything, always kept in the fridge and in it's original container. But I am waiting on a HC to come through with a lot of other tobacco flavours from DK, so maybe I will be saying the same in a couple of days time too, lol.

I mostly be vaping DK RY4 24mg PG, but I do like my 'home brew' in the evenings.

Team J 1 - Team N 0 So that's 1-0 to team Jason, with a brilliant cross inside the 'penalty' area, driven home into the back o' the net like an Exocet missile by Steve386. Superb skill and preparation, Team Nicky are left scratching their heads and wondering where it came from ? Quote," They think it's all over, well it is now !" unquote

Mikrosoft's ones get darn good reviews from all the users, I am thinking of getting one of his for my Dad (as he is/was a pipe & cigar sorta Guy) as they seem so good. I know that he has just changed the switch system from side to top and HifiStud mentioned on VTTV that he is currently waiting on an auto version from him, as to wether that is just a personal mod for HiFi or another step in the Mikro-pipe evolution is unknown to Me ?

Looks really good Daz, the atty does look alot like the Rok Star atty but instead of having the wick run through the coil it has the wick dropping down on to it like the better known Ego-T systems. Could be a real winner there mate ! Looks like it could be re-coiled aswell as re-wicked ?

Hi Vapebreak, had a good look at your site....keen prices for e-juice, but noticed that you have no information (or maybe I am going blind, lol) about the PG/VG mix for the e-juices ?

I never knew that Tim had stated anything bad about it ? I had only watched the show where he rebuilt the atty, so maybe I missed something. igetcha69 gave it a thumbs up in his review, although He now sez that it is not worth it due to the recent price increase to £59.99 (but the video above is about a cheaper EU supplier). The Prof, gave it a decent review and is still using his (with his original atties) albeit just for driving. The vaped crusader gave it a 9.5 outta 10 on his video review and I know that he is happily using his still. But I have heard about the 'cracked' tanks that seemed to plague the pre-release version but Rok Universal freely replaced them (all the pre-release units) with new tanks, lids and even atties, which is pretty good going for a supplier. But the reason I use it is the flavour of the vape, no-leaking and aesthetics !

how long do you get your attys to last for Heady ? Hi Gordy, I have only had one fail on me so far buddy and TBH that was my fault, I was a 'tad' too over eager on a dry burn, lol. :-[ But that is the only one that has failed and I have been exclusively using just the Rok Star since it first fell into my hand, I was on the pre-order list for the official release, so that gives you an idea of how long.
