Hi goodkidd I have an IPV 4 that's had the firmware up-grade to 100 watts, the mirror finish on the screen has been removed (so you can read it in the daylight) but otherwise great condition, would be interested in the IPV D2. I could send some pics if you are interested? |

This is what I've done jtc cut out a much sugar as possible and about 80% of the bread I used to eat, what has shocked me is the amount of hidden sugar in processed food. |

5 new 0.5 ohm coils, 3 still in cellophane 2 opened but unsed, would like to trade for 2.0 ohm isub coils , as I no longer sub-ohm. or maybe someone could recoil my used subtank coils to 1.5 in exchange for them

I am on metformin also, have lost 10lbs in the last three weeks by changing my diet, I'm doing blood/sugar test and seem to be averaging between 5/7.5 count at the moment although the other morning my count dropped down to 2.1, don't know why but boy did I feel rough I've a lot to learn I think.

Having been diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic just over a month ago and starting get my head around the lifestyle changes I have to make, I have joined a forum and probably learnt more from the members on there than from my GP/Nurse. Anyway the question I was going to ask is there any members on here who are diabetic ?. Who I could maybe ask advice from.
