Yup, Red Astaire in a Kanger White subtank  and then, once you've cleaned all the bubbling paint from a fiddly tank inner, you then put the same red Astaire in the other White subtank......the one with its paint still on.....although not necessarily for much longer  However, in the plain stainless tank, it seems fine  The untrasonic cleaner didn't take the paint off, but it's an aldi special, so probably not powerful enough...... Gone off white painted tanks now |

Really like the look of the pico, neat, small, enough power for me and not Kanger! Had two subtank kits, first mod the threads have gone loose, the second one is still working but getting a bit annoying as only Kanger tanks work on it, not that I have a big selection of other sub tanks |

Thank you dagl, if that's the ones that fit with the melo 3 tank that comes with the pico, that'll do nicely. I can redo it to less than 1 ohm? Need to probably bung a few ready mades in with the kit too |

Generally positive, still the old.....if I'm next to an e cig user will it affect my health......routine from people who walk down city streets! And the ......licence as a medical product is slightly worrying too.......

Thank you for this thread toots and all the helpful peeps who replied. My subtanks are losing paint too. Red Astaire cleaned most of the paint from one and I stupidly put it in another painted tank....so that's started to bubble! Think I'll soak the remaining painted tanks.... |

I think I need to shop  only have 2 little isticks as spares, very spares, one working Kanger subox, one thread stripped Kanger subox and a sigelei 150w that my lovely son sent me However, I've seen the istick pico......on here.....and it's very lovely.....and much cheaper from fasttech......so might just make it up here someday soon Got a few subtanks and a goblin mini which I might have finally stopped leaking, although I'm not saying that out loud and only a few batteries |
