I've been waiting for my JJ juices to steep for a week AND I've just got a delivery of 9 juices from another company and what happens...

I've now got a stinking cold and a really sore throat.I can't taste a thing, nose is streaming a very sorry state.

This is the first time I've had a cold in my vaping career.Unlike stinkies , vaping seems to be severely affected, even small gentle vapes seem to really hit the throat badly.I think this is because of the nature of vaping being dry in comparison with stinkies.

SO, IF your a new vaper , or someone reading about vaping and are looking to change , this is something to take into consideration.I say this because, if your new to vaping , like myself, this comes as a bit of a surprise , and maybe a heavy VG juice ( I don't have one steeped enough yet   )  would help out , but certainly 80/20 juices that are mass produced almost rip up the throat.Secondly , if you're thinking of changing to vaping from stinkies , then don't try vaping when you have a cold , as you won't enjoy it and you won't be giving  vaping the chance it deserves.

For me , I have an excuse for buying juices , it's because I'm still new to this, so there are hundreds of juices that NEED to be tried.

It's a great way of trying out new flavours.

I always find, no matter how much I enjoy a flavour, having a variety on the go helps stop my taste buds getting too accustomed to a taste.

I've got 4 samples on their way , just a pity they didn't do a lot more manufacturers with the very well known flavours.

EDIT:- One of the reasons why I didn't order a LOT MORE is because they only seem to have certain strengths on MOST of the flavours too, and I use 18mg and have tried 12mg strengths of the same flavours and they aren't the same.

What I would be looking for is sweet tobacco flavours , apple pie and cinnamon or just make me an suggestion , but I do like the sweet flavours best but no custard, I've tried a couple of custard flavours and REALLY don't like them and in 18mg strength please.

lairey I did decide to go to Sweetcloud and was welcomed nicely and they had a good selection of juices from at least 4 different manufacturers.

I did pick up 3 juices.

The first one was another RY4 variant , this one is a Liberty Flights RRYY44 at 18mg strength but a pure VG mix, nice and VERY smooth flavour, good throat hit without the harshness.When I got it home I tried it on my dripper and it needs steeping, and for quite a while as the flavour was faint, so it looks as though I will leave this sitting on my shelf for two weeks and try it again.

The next one was an aniseed, one of Sweetclouds own ( don't know who makes this one for them ) in the shop it tastes exactly like aniseed balls , which I love , I won't be using this as an all day vape but still very nice.At home again not as strong but still a good aniseed flavour and this one won't take as long to steep before proper use.

The last of the 3 was a surprise, because I didn't think the flavour could be replicated in vape form.This is the Parma Violets from Sweetcloud ( again , no idea who makes this one for them ) and this took me back to my childhood.Not as strong as the original Parma Violets were30-40 years ago when I was a kid, but more like the Parma Violets of today and again really nice.At home this one won't take very long to steep as the flavour is there straight away and will improve with age.

One thing I've learn't from today is that you need to have a break after a few flavours before trying something else as your taste buds need to recover and when you go into a B & M shop this is not always possible , but it maybe worth getting a flavour you like first off ( if you find one ) , then going back later and trying a few more , because if you keep going the flavour just won't shine through.

It was a little bit of a drive but I've always been a bit of a B & M man with any kind of purchase and you can be surprised with what you'll try and like because your able to try.
