So I just popped into my local B&M, ostensibly just to buy some wire because I thought I'd have a go at recoiling some of my Kanger heads (inspired by Super-Shiny's marvelous guides), and I walked out with my wire but also a Kayfun 3.1 clone. I'm not sure which one it is but it's nicely machined - no thread gaps and smooth etc - and rather lovely. They demonstrated how to coil it and put a 1.2 ohm on there for me. I filled it with Mrs Lord Rough Shag and am now sitting in front the telly with a cup of tea and 12w clouds from my Vamo  |

Hi Super-Shiny, lairey, charliehorse and snow. Sorry for the slightly delayed reply. The postman did deliver my new Vamo and Aerotank. Just cleaning the tank before giving it a go I now have a question. I've given the Vamo a quick go with a Protank II Mini and a Protank III Mini. Is it quite normal to get a much stronger 'hit' using the same wattage and juice as compared to an iTaste v3? |

Have you considered the iTaste v3 VV/VW? It's reasonably cheap but seems decently made and is a pretty good step up from the eGO. My experience is that it works well with EVODs and Protank Minis. |

Hi chykensa, thanks very much Ripshod, I'm eyeing up a Fogger v4. My local store has offered to show me how to do it and build a couple of coils for me to start with. A Fogger might go well with a Vamo...  |

Hi all,
I'm a middle-aged bloke (30 year smoker) who saw various co-workers walking around with these new-fangled 'vape sticks' and they all seemed pretty happy. So, on 4 April this year I took the plunge and bought an Ego kit and haven't looked back since. I've saved about half the money I would have spent even though I've bought a bit of stuff 'to try out' and I'm excitedly waiting for the postman to deliver a Vamo V5 and an Aerotank.
I've learned a lot by lurking on here and now it's time to properly introduce myself so.... Hi!
