Fasttechs statuses are also slightly misleading. In stock means that the suppliers have it and they can normally process it within two to three days but this can sometimes go out of the window and the Ships Next Day means that Fasttech has the actual items in their warehouse and normally fly through. Bit confuddling but they've always done it like that.

New Firefox app is now up and running. Looks like it was released to combat this and it's working spot on so far. YouTube runs faultlessly on it.

Story of my life haha nah been looking at either the ecoair dc18 (compressor type) or the ecoair dd128 dessicant model. Both have their plus and minus points but the extraction rates are good enough. Been waiting on hotukdeals patiently for one to come up in the sales but I might have to bite the bullet. Not sure where your putting it but defo consider how noisey it will be Top of the stairs with the doors open and occasionally in specific rooms but I sleep the sleep of the undead so that won't bother me at all

Spot on thebishman I'm looking at the ecoair range and your symptoms are exactly what I'm having. Clothes on radiators and I can wipe my hands down the wall and door and they're really damp and there's some mould growth if I don't keep on top of it so should be ideal. Oh well looks like I'm treating myself to an early Xmas pressie:)

Anyone use one? I live in a cooooold house and suffer from condensation on the windows in this weather (double glazing didn't help at all) I've googled them and it looks like the electric dessicant type might be ideal as opposed to the compressor ones due to the temperature range they work in. And yeah before any cheeky buggers pipe up I do have my heating on hah
