Yay - it arrived.
Boo - only looks like I can use carto's with it. The 510 connector is deep inside the collector tank, and that removes my ability to use tanks/Penelope with it - unless I'm missing something?

Does the GGTS need an Ody base when using a Penelope with it? As a matter of interest, what's so special about the base - aside from the draw control - which I though was an integral part of the GGTS anyhow? Being technically minded, it won't be long after the postie has left before I'll have it built and running.  |

MagicMa asked for a list of abbreviations that are used in vaping. I'll start the list off here, but as more suggestions are added to the thread, they will be included in this first post. PG - Propylene Glycol VG - Vegetable Glycerin - slightly sweet tasting Both of the above are the base liquids used by vaporisers to produce the vapour you see when you exhale. VV - Variable Voltage Refers to a mod or battery that can deliver a range of voltages that can be varied depending on the resistance of the atomiser being used. Ohms - Resistance, usually in the form of an atomiser Atty - Atomiser, can be premade or rebuildable GGTS - Golden Greek Telescopic (a mod) @mods - please feel free to update this post with any additions.

Morning all,
I've now received the 'Shipped' email from Cam for my new GGTS, and was wondering what tips and tricks you current owners would pass onto a 'Golden Virgin'.
I understand that putting a kick in is the ultimate goal (unfortunately, that will need to wait until I'm back in work), so I'm probably going to be limited in what I can purchase right now - but I can make a list...
What are the best batteries (aside from AW IMRs)? I also know about keeping it spotlessly clean, particularly around the electrical connections. Anything else?

Hi Johnboy. I have a Samsung NC10 which I use almost exclusively surfing. Link hereI also have an NC10 for when I need Windows XP. Works a treat and should be very suitable for what wifey wants to do too. |
